Absolutely. Docs teams always played true team ballAiolos wrote:cb1 wrote:Doc running circles around Brooks. Its sad and funny. On paper Thunder have the talent advantage and the Clippers shouldn't have an answer for either Westbrook or Durant but Doc decides to flatten the floor on Durant and trap Westbrook pick n rolls. Love his coaching

Clippers dont have an answer for Westbrick and Durclank but OKC dont have an answer for TEAM BASKETBALL.

Don't sleep on Portland and the Spurs are almost a lock to give away a game at home in a best of 7

Re: Around the NBA 9.0 (Playoffs Edition)
It doesn't look like OKC will have much of a chance against the Spurs or even the Blazers
If we play Miami Heat basketball (which means stupid Spo-centric basketball), we should be able to handle any teams that are still in the playoffs. Not because we play Miami Heat basketball, but you know, we have LeBron and Wade and all those great players.

Amazing how Heat fans get criticized for leaving Game 6 with like 50 seconds left but OKC fans leaving a playoff game with like 6 mins left in the 4th quarter of a playoff game. All those empty seats
Great job Wiz, now go up 2-0 on Wednesday

I have no issue admitting our fanbase isn't as great as some franchises in the NBA. The only time I get a problem is when people compare us to teams that have a huge history. I mean like Celtics fans. Oh, you have a great fan base? Well I guess decades of basketball and double digit titles can do that. Miami is still a very young franchise, if we still have issues filling seats on time after 10+ titles, I will gladly admit our fans suck.

Fact is that the ones calling out our fanbase are the same ones whose teams leave games early too. Pacers were talking **** last year but they failed to sell out games & even had constant players bitching about how fans were cheering for visiting teams. Even LolCats were taking shot at our fans leaving games early
I say this all the time, during our 04-06 playoff run are fans were amazing. I'm not saying they were like Raptors fans, or fans at Oracle Arena but they damn sure supported their HEAT. Watch videos back in the 90's at the old Miami arena, fans were loud back then. Ticket prices for HEAT games today are just ridiculous. I'm not trying to use that as an excuse but it's the truth
