We had a team from Perth travel here and stay with us for 2 weeks and play in our high school Christmas tournament before traveling all around the country, seeing that name brings back memories lol. They had a good white dude at the time playing center, wish I remembered his name.

Perth has the toughest ballers in Australia there teams are always the most physical/chippy and been insanely successful similar to the Heat.

What year was this? Might be able to figure it out.

I did a similar thing, but I’m from Adelaide. We travelled to Buffalo and stayed there 2 weeks playing local high schools, then played in a tournament in North Carolina. We were the openers for LeBron, who was at St Vincent’s St Mary’s and about to go to the Draft. Hell of a memory.

I bet that was a wild experience! This was in 2009 I believe, my freshman year. They came over and we housed them and they came to school with us every day lol.

Big white dude, had to play center IIRC. Could shoot some too

i think that the previous coach was doing a decent job for them before they fire him just to get this fraud of a coach

Yes, but I've not heard too many people who have coached with or played for him come out and say things against him since most people may want to stay on his good side just in case he can help them for instance, a spot under him on his staff for money or experience.

It's nice to hear people being truthful. When Doc started podcasting with Bill Simmons, Bill didn't back down a lot on his talk but he did back down some because, Doc was working with him.
