Is that the real reason why you don’t approve?
Otherwise you’d be inclined to join in on the collective internet ranting?
Huh? Lol. Me having a fit on the internet has no impact on what the decision makers decide to do. Sure I could do it but it would ultimately be a waste of energy.
Do you disapprove with the performance of front office?
Maybe your a stoic guy (although your reaction to Jimmy's and Lebron's departures seem to suggest otherwise)
Or could it be that you're fine with how the the front office has performed in recent years?

Instead of insulting our team and front office, which is fully earned, It’s better to think of star player X looking at us be this bad and saying nope. If KD or anyone in his entourage saw this game, no way he comes here, he will fight against coming here.
My condolences to the fans who paid money to watch this trash performances on our home court.

How is thinking of that better. It just means we'll continue to run it back as a play-in team. Which is more upsetting than anything. I prefer the insult route until hopefully enough outrage can be generated to be heard, or they do something that actually makes sense to make it no longer warranted. At the very least it allows us to vent haha.

The moves I've liked/disliked are all documented on here Beans, although I think you do well remembering my reactions.
Do I disapprove with the performance of the front office? No, I don't. Do I agree with every single move that has been made via draft, trade, contract extension? No, I also don't. I think a lot of fans idea of "front office" is using one person as the figure head to direct all blame. Front office is ownership, its your GM, your scouting and analytics, player development. There are some areas I think the "front office" has really excelled in recent years, and there's other aspects or decisions that were made that I would not have personally signed off on. Perhaps thats a more balanced take than what most would offer, but those are my thoughts.

I think it’s moreso a plethora of moves en route if we land a star and some solid vet minimum signings as opposed to just slotting in a star and calling it a day. Or at least that would be my hope for a front office considered one of the best (although operating on past reputation)

I'm just pointing out that you seem to take umbrage when fans criticize the FO which you generally have been reticent on doing and yet you've been harshly critical of players when they have departed.
So the 'throwing online fits is a waste of time' position only seems apply in one direction.

Your take is fair and balanced. What you usually get is when things are going bad, people will pick and choose the things they didn't like and ignore all the context of the situation or any of the good moves that were made in that period.
Realistically, I don't think there's any smoking gun for our front office where you go, "That's what caused all the problems". Most of the complaints are vague bitching about the fact we didn't magically pair Jimmy up with a star during his time here, as if efforts weren't made and the only issue was we didn't just pull the trigger, as if other teams were lining up to just hand us a second star. While also failing to credit the front office for getting Jimmy or the other pieces that contributed to Finals runs in the first place.

This team has over $53 million dollars going to Rozier, D-Rob, and Kyle Anderson this year. Add in Wiggins and it’s almost $80 million. This is complete mismanagement of cap space and a fireable offense. The curtain was hung up on this team last offseason, but management just couldn’t see the writing on the wall and dug the team into a deeper hole.
Proud embarrassment

In all this has been a bad year for Spo. The team has never looked comfortable with the plays and philosophy

If you go team by team in the NBA, you'll find the vast majority of salary is taken up by players that probably don't deserve it. The entire incentive structure for the league is broken and won't be fixed without blowing up the current CBA, but that's all highly political and not something you'll probably see at least by the next CBA.
I'm serious, pick any bottom 20 team in the league, go player by player salary by salary, and I promise nearly every team has 50 million + going to players that you could argue don't deserve it. It's a CBA issue, not a specific team issue, although some teams are obviously worse about it than others.

I don't remember...
But if this is the case, if we can get a first rounder for spo, then do it now!!
spo has Fulfilled his era.

Everyone was tradable except for Jimmy was my position over the years.

As a fan of the team, my loyalty is with the team and not with players who no longer play here. I don't have a problem being critical of someone who was engineering backdoor meetings with the opposition while sending us on a wild goose chase of players to go after to appease him. But that's neither here nor there. And to be clear, rant all you want - never said anyone can't be critical, my position was simply the "or else" ultimatums have no material impact.

I’m a little shocked at no Anderson and Burks these last 2 games. They both seemed to give us big sparks to close the season

Never said "or else" for the record
The point I'm trying to get across is that there needs to be accountability for poor management.
Regarding the team loyalty position, sure, whatever.
That gets dogmatic and religious when applied unconditionally.
The disillusionment of being a lifelong Dolphin fan and eventually putting down those heavy bags has bled into my prospective on all sports and in other areas.
Poor management doesnt deserve a pass.

Home playoff games have been a disaster the past few years. Glad I didn’t wake up at 3am for this turd sandwich.
