Regular season team 1, more offense more better.
Playoffs team 2, isolation baskets and more defense... toss Oladipo in at starting SG with team 2 and it's not close.

Team 1 has 2 starters that teams can isolate, team 2 has Yurtseven to be picked on and maybe Strus.

Why can't we also toss in Oladipo on team 1?

Because he wants to start and so does Herro. If you keep both and Oladipo beats him out of the starting position by playing against each other Herro will want out so he can get starter money for his 2nd contract.

Cause Oladipo is probably not going to want to go into training camp having to fight for minutes with Herro and Strus. He does make a great fit with team 2 though.

Dipo gonna have to fight for minutes no matter what.

Not much available at the 4 spot worth trading Herro for other then including him in the Durant trade.

I would hate to watch Oladipo lock Herro up and then Oladipo just go right by Herro on the other side of the court. J.Brown had issues with Oladipo on him, just imagine what Herro would look like.

it’s not worth it and there is no player we could get that we could trade straight up. The Heat obviously value herro if they don’t even want to include him in the Kyrie deal.

I could see teams throwing him a lil more money but guaranteeing him a larger role than what he had here is a stretch. That team would have to have full confidence that he'll shape up in better form next season.

For us its low risk high reward we know what role he'll play can't say that for most teams.

It's a common sense one. Right now if Milwaukee offers him a contract all they have is Grayson Allen and Pat Connaughton at the two spot. All it takes is one team with a need at the two spot to sell him. You might not like it but it's the truth

But it wouldnt be a straight up trade, we would be adding the trash called Duncan so the salaries can work. Then you have a lot more options.

Teams could offer a path of least resistance at the two spot depending on how there depth chart looks like at the two. Right now opening camp looks like a slug fest if it's between Oladipo, Herro, and Strus and not even taking account Robinson still on the team and Martin coming back.
