I thought he is 37 and supposed to age like LeBron? That should make him attractive to more teams than just the Heat, right?

One minute we’re calling him old to lowball the Suns, and the next we’re hyping him up as too elite for his age like other teams wouldn’t be interested.

Way too much mental gymnastics going on here.

Like i said look what Jimmy just went for under the same circumstances. KD will also have some control just like Jimmy.

So he’s going to pick the team that got crushed by the Cavs in historic fashion over a Houston squad with way more potential?

This applies to Giannis too. That’s why it’s important to be competitive in playoffs. Right now, our guys look soft, and this doesn’t exactly make us a desirable destination.

Depends if Houston really wants to play ball. They’ll have to give up Van Vleet and multiple young players and Suns picks back. Maybe they don’t want to give up Van Vleet who’s been a team leader there. Maybe they want to see the Suns downfall and take advantage of those picks. We have a chance here.

I think we can do better kd if we're gonna trade bam

But the sad part about it is...We are basically gonna run it back again.

Okay we have a good team...but 10 to 1, it's play.in again for us Next season.

Supposedly, the plan is to have Herro, Bam, and KD play together.

If Riley’s really putting Bam on the table for KD, the Suns would close that deal faster than Swifties crash Ticketmaster.

Who the heck said Bam for KD? That’s absolute non sense lol.

C Ware
PF Bam
SF Durant
SG Herro
PG TBD

This will be the primary core. Once Duncan’s ETO hits and depending what they want to do with Mitchell they will have close to 19 million in space to fill out the roster. That’s full MLE and Bi annual money.

What is the point of that line up? We would have been better off paying jimmy.. it’s a desperation move that still most likely won’t be a title contender and gives us only a 1-2 year window.. need to get players who fit the timeline.. not a Hail Mary durant move

Durant is a damn near 30 point scorer who will make the game easier for Bam and Herro. Are we supposed to keep running out JJJ and Jagsmith?

Completely agree, this line-up isn't winning JACK SHYIAT versus Boston, Clev or OKC in that window. So it defaults to also rans for another couple of years. Like Spo stated, time to move on, hopefully they will legitimately rebuild after getting blown out in historic fashion.

Blow it up and become the Wizards or keep running out the same scrubs. I’ll choose adding Durant and giving Bam and Herro a punchers chance with some smart signings.

I feel you MWP I really do.. but getting durant is just going to keep us happy in the RS and reaching second round playoffs for 1-2 years and then we will back to this same situation again.. durant is not the answer…

our main position of need is PG.. I would target the likes of Trae or Ja… who fit the timeline line and then focus on a backup C and PF and go from there..

KD atleast shifts everyone back down a peg to their more comfortable offensive roles. Herro would be a solid 2, Bam a very good 3.

We need to invest in a PG though. No more phucking around. A true floor general who can get all these guys decent looks.

KD
Ja
Zion
Trae
Giannis
AD
Embitch
Harden

I’ll take any of them tbh, just get some talent and let’s go from there.

This is almost important as the 1st option, we need a floor general bad to get our guys in their spots and get them some easy looks. Get someone like KD to pass Bam as our best player, 1st option KD 2nd Herro 3rd Bam, then a PG to put it all together. Maybe time for CP0 for the minimum

Maybe KD will bring his boy Harden with him although if Harden wins a ring everyone will say he surpassed Wade and at that point I might end it all.

I feel like it's only myself, MWP and 3ammy actually sees the vision for KD. It's not hard to understand. KD provides our go to scorer. Shifts Herro and Bam into easier roles and we also ADD pieces to the team.

Why are fans acting like it's just KD and that's it. Mitchell and Ware should be improved another year in the system.

Gary Trent just want to the Bucks because of Dame last season. He didn't have the best year but he'd probably be our best bench scorer on this team. Point is role players follow stars. I'm sure a few would be willing to sign with us if KD lands here.

I don’t see the Hawks dealing Trae here. They most likely resign him as there only draw. He’s already said he wants to be with the Hawks. Morant doesn’t seem like a fit here. I do agree we will need a PG and options will open up for us to get one. Not expecting a star PG but we should be able to shore it up with a solid one. Could see us looking into some value options as well like Tyus Jones or Malcolm Brogdon.

People want to trade both Herro and Bam. It's no guarantee the picks we receive will even turn into players as good as Herro or Bam.

Supporting cast will look a lot different next year if we get KD, vets will be flocking.

Once we activate my Bam/Herro trade master plan, we will be adding either Dybantsa or Peterson to this lineup.

Return to Miami Heat
