Came back after trailing. Herro’s 3’s didnt drop consistently today but he was getting in the paint, showed up in the clutch, and had some nice rebounds. Went to the line a few times which is something I hope to see from him in the future, as he shouldnt waste his great FT shooting skills (90%+).

Nunn was the one who got us back in the game though... nice 3’s.

Guys is it to early to say we got a steal with Herro? ... You can tell he has the "It" factor... The difference in talent between him and the other guys in SL is so evident

It should be evident. He is the #13 pick and most SL players won't play in the NBA, but he still looks pretty strong. There are a few players drafted later I liked more but Herro can shoot really well and score even when he can't shoot. We'll have to wait to see how his defense is when he starts playing stiffer competition.

Only people from the summer league team I can see (besides Herro) getting a potential roster spot is Duncan and/or Nunn. Everyone else, eh. So far the best they have looked is when Duncan/Herro were splash bros. Nunn and Herro looked good too as a duo.

Herro looked gassed at the end, was worried he hurt himself. But thats what conditioning is for

Edit: Nunn though didn’t pass when he could have, he is a straight gunner. He looks like a good baller but so far Duncan/Herro more complimentary. Both can feed each other and spot up. Will just have to continue to see who shows out

Haha I wasn't rooting against him, but to be fair it wasn't an easy 20, he shot 7-21 from the field and 3-11 on 3 pointers. The defense had something to do with that. But I do imagine him to score easier once he's surrounded by more talented scorers.

Herro: 19 ppg, 4 rpg, 3 apg, 1.5 spg, 1.5 tpg 33% from 3 and 36% from the field in two games.

Herro struggler mightily today shooting the ball but came up large at the end. So a mixed bag.

I like Nunn. I still want a true pg on this roster though. Not sure who at the minimum that is.

We got some ballers in Summer League.

Herro, Duncan, Nunn, I feel are the best next up youth movement to be on the roster to start the season, obviously Herro.

Now i know why we signed Nunn out of nowhere. Kid is the truth and our developmental PG of the future. Herro is just a flat out stud. Only 19 wow. Thankful we passed on Kevin Porter Jr and that horrendous chin shot.

Whenever I see Herro's name written, I just hear Kim Jong Il's voice from Team America.

I know it's pronounced "Hero", but I can't unhear it.
