These have to be top 5. They are no 1 options on their team and all NBA talent
1. Zion (Despite injuries he has the highest ceiling of anyone here by far)
2. Ant (Future MVP candidate)
3. Haliburton (Same as Ant, future MVP candidate)
4. Brunson
5. Mikal Bridges (if he does what he did last season, deserves this spot, if not then he drops)

Next tier, not quite all nba but allstar level players
6. Murray (he'd be lower if Nuggets did not win a title)
7. Bam
8. JJJ
9. Jrue

Really good players/borderline allstar
10. Garland
11. Markanen
12. Porzingis
13. Dejounte
14. McCollum
15. Franz

Zion honestly is such a disppointment. Hes just completely thrown away his career for food! Like what? At least be a crackhead with the money like Odom or something then Id understand a bit. Eating not that hard to control when you have a potential HOF career on the line. Just wait till ya retire and then go off like Barkley if thats your thing lol. That's all true but last 2 seasons when he's played he's put up 26 pts, 7 rbd and 70 % shooting. That Shaq life efficiency. He's so physically skilled that he doesn't have to try hard to have an impact because of how much he dominates the paint. And he's still young. But in the next 2 seasons, if he can't survive till the playoffs and then it would be fair to give up on him despite the talent. It's fair if you or the NBA in general has given up on him now. But I'd wait a bit.

Lol I want him here but im not blind to see the rest of possible moving pieces here. It's not like other teams will stand still especially with our offer not being receptive and regarded as low. If we are serious we should be trying to flip Herro for Haywood. That way we can go in with Lowry + Haywood, thats a fortune in expiring + picks. Thats something where if they decline us its out of spite not out of effort. If we are going with Herro + Duncan it's an FU to them. The longer this goes on the worse it gets for us.

I mentioned this earlier. Spurs have had a lot of Aussie players over the years. This wouldn’t shock me at all.

Simmons and Wemby would be fun, if we got a reasonable facsimile of the real Ben Simmons.

If no trade happens within the next few days, i expect a statement from the Heat saying theyre going to move forward with the players on the roster while looking for ways to improve.. which will read to me as, these trade discussions with portland will continue on till the deadline. If i had to put money on whether Dame wears a portland jersey on opening day,, id bet a lot on that. That owner and that GM are not gonna budge just yet, they will hold out and then make a move by deadline, and it wouldnt shock me if it was a team not Miami.

They may do a very bitter move and trade him to some team not even on his list just because

Also going to add i expect a statement from Portland saying they fully expect Damian to report to training camp and be available for them at opening day. These are spiteful ****.. hes gonna get the Kawhi treatment that kawhi got on the Spurs.

Winning a chip doesn't make you better than a player who hasn't. And Bam hasn't won either so you can't use that argument to say Bam is better than these guys.
And I know you like Bam but no objective NBA fan would have Bam over these guys. The No 1 skill a basketball player can have is ability to create your own shot at a high level so you can command attention and create for other guys in the process.

All these guy are elite shot creators (Bridges needs one more season to prove it). And Haliburton is an elite playmaker.

Bam just doesn't have the level of offense to be a no 1 guy so you can't put him above guys who are proven no 1 options. Maybe Bam grows to be that, but he isn't that at the moment. And its no disrespect to Bam to acknowledge that
