Kyrie is LAL's last hope of being relevant with Lebron still able to play.

Hard to imagine Kyrie really being so adamant about going back in Bron's shadow.

At this point he’s the easiest to get so we might as well do it fxck it

Regardless of what you think of Kyrie. I don't see his value ever being any lower than it is currently, I believe at the very least we can increase his value from what it currently is should we need to move him again in the future.

Covid isn't an issue any more, so if we get him here locked into a new contract and have him playing 60+ games he'd automatically increase his value.

He's a wild card but you aren't competing with several other teams offers like you are with KD and Mitchell and we could make additional moves to improve.

Man we are missing out on everyone. This better pay off in the end. It’s obvious we’re swinging big. KD/Mitchell/Kyrie or bust.

The positive with Kyrie over the others is we keep a ton of assets and can flip them for another star or at least a Collins/Barnes type guy

Who in the West are they going to beat playing two bigs with large defensive defects. Def' worse than Westbrook trade or on par with Rockets Westbrook trade

Yeah that trade was ridiculous, for that reason alone its gonna be hard to see Mitchell getting moved. If that's what you get for Gobert then there's no way you take less in a Mitchell trade.

I also don't think it moves the needle for Minny either. Edwards, Russell, KAT, Gobert is not bad but feel like Edwards is carrying a lot of the wing scoring and defense outside Gobert inside not great either.

That being said I think Beverly likely arranges a buyout in Utah though if they go full rebuild which could be an intriguing possible pickup on the cheap.

Remember kawhi came to the raptors and won in one year so it’s possible if we buckle down. If it doesn’t work out by the trade deadline why don’t we just trade him to the lakers, get Westbrook, get rid of Duncan, get a pick and some filler and just thug it out till the off-season and we would have a lot more flexibility for 2023 off-season.

The jazz didn’t get a good player back so not really, draft picks was the seller so they traded away a bunch of draft picks

Only issue is we have nothing to give Robinson and a 1st won’t cut it, no doubt herro would have to be involved which seems like an overpay

Unfortunately, with Turner, were being catfish by Durant and will end up missing out on him.

Herro has a lot more upside and more valuable trade piece, don’t think turner puts us over the top, if anything we need to hold on to herro as a piece for a whale

My max offer would be Duncan and a 1st

I don't think so. This could mean they likely trading with PHX or they trading with us without us including Bam. Just waiting for that Ayton offer sheet announcement. The fact it hasn't happened yet is worrying.

Edit: Just realized this likely something to do with S&T with Phoenix Indy and Brooklyn... :noway:

I just looked at their roster and was pretty surprised at all the young guys they had. They're bursting with potential. Adding Ayton would just enhance that.
