Does anyone know what sections show up on TV? I will be at the Cavs game on Christmas and I WILL be heard.

Can't wait for the season to start. Gonna pirate 2k15 on PC cause I'm not giving any more money to 2k sports after last 2 years rehashes of 2k12

Well, I'll definitely be at one, and maybe both, of the Heat-Nets games in Brooklyn.

Im gonna get it since I haven't played a 2k game since 11. I recall Bosh having an overall rating of like 80 in it lol. Winning online with us is gonna be a bit more difficult.

I know you're a heatlifer but please stop going on about the boards in EVERY post. Can you say nothing more on it until after the 5th game of the season please. :banghead:

Interesting that Wade, Lebron, and Melo are all super slimming down this year. Must be some new dieting craze. Should help at least two of them. Not sure what Melo is doing slimming down. He's the Knicks power forward.

I wonder what Deng is going to be like on this team. I saw him at Chicago, and he's got a lot of skills, but we've never seen him be super assertive with them.

I don't think they will ever release the official numbers because it would make Wade look bad. Just best guess is at least 15 pounds give or take.

Yeah one against Chicago on Jan. 25th. I don't think ABC broadcasts that many games anyways, it's mostly ESPN and TNT and we have plenty there.

Oh well, as much as I don't like hearing Fiorentino, he's a lot more tolerable than hearing Breen root against us or listening to Barkley's opinion on our team/fans. So don't really care if we have any national broadcasts lol

I can already see Barkley saying how the Heat will be a bottom of the barrel team without LeBron, what a tool.

The story in the sports media would be " why did wade get so fat before the NBA playoffs " if it is high

If it is lower than expect people will say "wow wade wasn't even that heavy and still looked out of shape"

Better to just not give any answer IMO

And btw I do understand he gained weight because of trying to rest knees/rebuild muscle

@IraHeatBeat

For the numerologists out there: Shawne Williams to wear No. 8 for Heat, Reggie Williams to wear No. 55.

- Dagger to Beasley's Heat career
- Folks can use their J-Will jerseys again :D

From Ira : http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami-heat/sfl-askira,0,4255444.story

Q: Pat Riley is slowly killing the Miami Heat. First with the Chris Bosh max salary, then with Birdman's $10 million dollar, two-year year salary and then he signs Udonis Haslem to a two-year $5.6 million dollar deal! WOW! I could have built a better team. -- Bruno, Fort Lauderdale.

A: First, some of that was for bills past due, such as Chris Andersen playing for the below-market minimum the past two seasons, and for Haslem opting out of the final year of his deal to accommodate the Heat's "room" salary-cap exception. The real contract to keep an eye out on is Bosh's. Can he play well enough to attract free agents in 2016, or will his salary weigh down the Heat in the fourth and fifth years of his deal? It is a question without an immediate answer.

Damn i had to clean my screen :noway:

I think Lakers can offer more money and years than what Miami was willing to pay. Time to move on.
