Bam's proven many times that you're wrong, unfortunately. Some players are better defensive players or defence comes more natural to them. Players like Bam are more defensive minded. More comfortable playing D, it comes more easier. He's far different on the offensive end - Scoring doesn't come as naturally, tougher for him. This is evident as we continue to watch him. Indictive of how much he advocated for DPOY.

This is why I used to harp on about the benefits of Bam working w/ a mental coach or someone like a Tim Grover that will train him mentally to compete at a similar level Jordan, Wade etc. were on. It's not like his horrible but w/ better consistency & toughness you're looking at a 23+ppg scorer, I believe.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Well no DPOY for Bam ( another disrespected act towards the Heat by the NBA clowns ). It should serve as a motivational energy that often brings the best in a player. For this time of year, I rather he has a motivating reason rather than having to prove why he is worth the award, that IMO can lead to overthinking and forcing errors.

There's no reason to believe we drop this. We've beaten them all season. We're just a better team. We shld be 2-0 after this gm. The only way I see us dropping this is if these cats play funny buggers...

You can’t be soft and be the best defender in the world busting everyone’s ass and locking everyone up. It just doesn’t work like that. Yes he could average more if our scheme involved him being more aggressive. As for now we have to settle with an efficient 19-10-4 while being the best defender in the world lol. We’re **** spoiled.

Laker fans are worse trust me lol.....but point taken. I, for one, just hope Bam uses this as fuel to be even more dominant/aggressive for the rest of the postseason. We're gonna need it for this game and every game after.

Trae Young Responds to Miami Heat Bullying

Read on Twitter

Read on Twitter

The only one I thought was actual bullying was the Herro one, but it's funny that they cited the Jimmy one where Trae locks arms with Jimmy and refuses to let go, so Jimmy responds in kind.

EDIT:

Here's some more clips of the "dirty" plays they're citing XD

Spoiler:
Diving for a loose ball? Seriously?

Read on Twitter

Lowry doesn't even know where Trae is since he's looking up at the ball. He goes to box out and his arm first goes to block out Trae's arm, but ends up moving up to his neck and Trae falls.

A foul? Sure, but not dirty or bullying at all.

Physical defense means bullying now? Mkay. Hawks are gonna get calls up the *** tonight now as result of all this *****ing & for what it's worth....they outshot us at FT line in game one...27 to 18 despite attempting two less 3s and being outscored in the paint. Prepare your anus for funny business boys!

They had to find a way to keep them in the game.

Trae Young in three game 1's during last years playoffs:

@NY - 32 points, 48% shooting, 107-105 win
@Philly - 35 points, 48% shooting, 128-124 win
@Milwaukee - 48 points, 50% shooting, 116-113 win

Hawks fans - "we have the best player in the series".

Trae Young in game 1 of this years playoffs:
@MIA - 8 points, 8% shooting, 115-91 loss

Hawks fans - "we're being bullied".

Welcome to Miami, mfers. I'm not surprised.
