Re: Roster moves in off-season.
Players to move on from: Dedmon, Duncan, Dragic
If their name starts with a D, they're no good for us.
I think we should take a look at either Beal or Irving. In those scenarios Tyler and a pick are as sweet as we can get. Duncan would help balance salary. I like Herro and realize he's on his way up, but I don't know if he's mentally ready to take charge with Butler and Lowry being our vocal leaders.
I think we should hang on to Strus and Gabe. They are who they are and we need guys on okay deals to build a lineup.
Get more bigs. Two more.

This. Strus and Gabe are fine. They did more on minimum contracts in the playoffs than Lowry and Duncan did making $50M

Trade everyone.
We have a 1 man roster and the 1 man is 33 with a bum knee.

Duncan, Tyler, Deadmon, Lowry need to leave... get some size and another scorer.

Send Butler to Philly where he has a real chance with Embiid.
Burn this thing to the ground and try to draft some stud scorers.

Re: Roster moves in off-season.
The teams with a future right now are all being led by a homegrown stud....Curry, Luka, Booker, Jokic, Giannis, Embiid, Tatum.
Im sure i forgot someone, but until we find our next homegrown stud, this is the awful roster we will be dealing with.

No to Kyrie. He’s probably the most anti-Heat guy you can think of. He would also come at as big of a price tag as Mitchell would

I dont think his contract and production allows us to move him unfortunately.
The Heat made a large dollar commitment on him. He needs to be a professional and do his job this offseason for the services the Heat paid for. He could definitely lose 20 lbs easily.

We’ve sent 3 of those home over the last 3 years, the other 4 are in the west lol.
I know you’re upset but we’re a Herro trade and a frontcourt addition away from a championship

Kyries value has never been lower than it is and it’s rumored the nets are undecided on keeping him.

Jimmy had 2 months off after the bubble. He has 4-5 months off now. It’s not the same

I highly doubt that. Herro gave us 20 points/game this year. Having him as your 3rd scorer is a championship team.
And that doesnt change the facts that until you draft a homegrown stud, you are really just spinning the wheels praying your **** roster is dragged to the ECF.

Someone else can overpay to get him. Also do you really want the moniker of having a flat earther as your star player?

He’s one of the worst defenders in the league, the team is terrible when he’s on the court regardless of his scoring, and he’s been unplayable in the playoffs since the 2020 ECF. He’s not good but he’s young and has trade value.
Over glorified Jordan Clarkson
Inefficient scoring at that. Not to mention it gets even worse when he starts

He’d be our 2nd best player but if we win a championship and he’s playing great he can believe whatever he wants lol

Maybe we can trick one of these white markets like Indiana, Utah, or OKC into Herro. Pretty much everyone else knows his severe limitations. May as well keep him as we are completely devoid of scoring as is anyway.
