Which is why game time is such a needed thing for the kid, during the season you really don't get many chances at practice...These games definitely give the young players the much needed experience.

Yeah I have heard that during the regular season you get something like around 10-12 actual practices in between travel and road trips.

Nothing will ever replace a real game, practice is all well and good but real game time is gonna give him the confidence. Practice is great for repetition on learning a specific thing.

I am still waiting to get confirmation but my boy said, that its quiet on their side which is strange, their not making a big deal out of this year like previous years. Usually Miami pivots and starts looking to salvage the season, right now their sitting back which is strange. If this is true, then Pat needs to go. You've lost it. You can retire as one of the best NBA execs ever. Move on and enjoy your life. If we are going to tank, there should be an urgency to trade Jimmy and other players to go into a full rebuild. Keep Bam, Jovic, Max, and Tyler, then everybody else can go. There absolutely should be urgency, not complacency.

Right, but you're not limited on watching video of plays to figure out what you're supposed to do. Some study tape, some don't.

Not everyone is the same, some players absorb plays better while doing it others can definitely learn watching tape. You cannot group one method of learning as the all be all end all.
