Ware went to the basket bringing Turner to the front of the rim, had Butler tried to shoot it, it probably would have gotten swatted. You almost have to use Ware to set picks because he goes down near the basket bringing the other team's center to guard the basket. This is also why you see Ware get some easy dunks near the basket, overall it's a negative on offense though.

No time left for an extra pass that wouldve had to have perfect everything to go in.

Sure, but Butler was looking at trying shoot over a shot blocker knowing the shot clock was almost up. When Ware plays there's fewer open drives to the basket. He needs to be further from the basket but he always floats down there. He's a 3pt shooting big that almost always dives because he's always been bigger than everyone, Miami needs to get him not to do that nearly as much.

I don't think playing Ware and Bam together in this game would have helped. Everybody getting beat one on one leading to the 3s and layups. We need better perimeter defenders. We need to get more athletic defenders aside from Highsmith especially on nights Butlers takes the night off

When playing against Siakim and Turner I think it would have slowed down their actions. Jovic couldn’t handle either of them.

I kinda expect this type of play until the trade deadline is over. I'm not saying that's good but I think he's mostly (not always) in this mode until he's moved or until he can't be trade because of the deadline being over.

Butler must be pissed having to cover Siakim. We should put our stretch 4 Duncan on him.

It was interesting to hear her say that Miami isn't even a playoff team. I don't think Butler was "benched", he doesn't usually come back until near the middle of the 4th and Spoelstra went with others since Miami looked like they had enough to already close it out without pushing Butler in the 1st of a back to back coming off of an illness. Also, her take about 22-23, that it was a stretch to say Miami was a contender because Denver was the best team? Does she not understand what "a contender" means? I'll put her takes up there with Kevin O'Connor.
