Of the list I gave, most of those players are gettable at the Vet Minimum except for Kirk and Allen who both will want more money, but I figure we have to get one of those two plus the rest of my list.

Allen & Shard would be great additions, especially with Varnado coming over (replacing Howard).

That's 15 players, so something would have to drop off from here - most likely Hamilton is sent overseas - if we want to improve inside. That leaves us pretty thin at the 5 (I know Bosh will play most of the minutes in the playoffs, but not for 82 games as well), and I'd like to see us pick up Camby & Oden somehow.

Hopefully we can the extra roster spot and disabled player exception for Miller, use the extra spot on signing Camby & Oden.

Would be nice to then be able to flip Joel to PDX for a S&T Crawford (starting at $4.6m) - that would be a dream that will never happen.

We need a BIG! Joel is not a rotation cente(12mpg). If Bosh goes down, we're doomed! Camby, Kaman or Trade are a most! If Howard teams up with DWiLl and Chicago is around next year, we need size

Ray won't start on this team, but guarantee he will finish games for this team. He will and should get atleast 25 min per game.

I just reported Ray Allen was spotted at Prime 112 with Pat Riley going over contract.

It's all just blah for now. At 37, i don't even think Ray himself can handle starting minutes.

Memphis and Phoenix both have the money and starting position to offer Ray. Can't be mad if he chooses somewhere else for more playing time.

Yea just like last summer when someone on here reported Dalembert was at Prime 112 with Riles

I feel like Ray has got to be aware of how ridiculous our offense could be with him and his style being instituted into it, could be historic even... that and the plethora of beautiful looks that will be available to him. this has got to play into his mind as his career winds down. He won't compete in Memphis or Phoenix & he'll just get beat again on the Celtics. DO IT RAY ... 305 dale juevo!

I wonder if KG going back to the Cs changes things for Ray at all? Or is he that pissed at the Celtics/Rondo?

If Ray signs here, based on the looks other shooters on this team gets and how Ray is possibly the GOAT shooter, he shoots 50% from 3pt next season

This is bizarre. What team in the league isn't doomed if it loses one of its top 3 players?

Legit contenders:

Bulls - screwed without Noah or Deng
Spurs - screwed without any of their big 3
Celts - screwed without any of Rondo/Pierce/KG
OKC - screwed without Harden
Lakers - screwed without 1 of Gasol/Bynum

etc

We aren't winning anything unless all 3 of the big 3 are on the floor. We should be focusing on the best way to complement those 3 first and foremost.

Word is Rondo is behind Bradley being moved to the starting lineup in favor of Ray..that bridge is burned as far as im concerned

It's puzzling because Ray has known to be a great teammate, very classy... how could anyone not be able to get along with him. Rondo can be such a diva.
