either way, the kids are the ones who feel the divorce most

The first thing that I think of in these situations is that one person who isn't making most of the money thinks they have enough and would rather have the spouse at home more often rather than on the road/working, basically retire and just enjoy life but normally the one making money isn't built that way, they have a drive and won't be happy slowing down.
correct me if am wrong. but she was a heat dancer.

All I see is that in some of these situations and probably this one is that both want different things at this point in their lives and both wouldn't be wrong for their wants. Now, giving up a career you love could create resentment while being at home with more money than they can spend with your spouse gone a ton for their job could also create resentment.

Maybe she’s not attracted to bald guys.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

I feel bad for everyone involved. It's the children who suffer at the end. No idea why the marriage ended, they did seems happy. If im not mistaken didnt one of his kids have cancer, which thankfully is in remission now.

I know Miami likes DFS but he's under contract for 2 more years (2nd year is a player option) for 15 mil per year. I get Dinwiddie with him being an expiring, but DFS probably means moving future salary also. It's an interesting situation of who they might send out if they're even thinking about adding DFS.

A lot of times its better for the kids because the parents should stop fighting and focus on their kids.

Sad for Spo. It’ll be tough to maintain focus on basketball when life and kids are a priority. Hope for the best for everyone concerned.

I am kinda shocked at how consistently JJJ is flashing his NBA abilities. You add that to a clearly next lvl Bam and I am really starting to catch up to the posters that have been on the Bam timeliness.

This team has some how re-loaded mid title hunt. If everyone gets healthy at the right time, and Butler has gas left in the tank...we could be right back in it this year.

Come hell or high-water, they HAVE to get jovic off the launching pad...the dude has to get playing time. Even if it's just 5 minutes in the first half...they need the dude playing

I’ve been seeing prime Gordon Hayward comparisons for JJJ and I can somewhat see it. That would be amazing if so, I have some hot takes on a couple players on this team but I’ll keep to myself for now.

I’ll tell you one thing that isn’t a hot take, even I may have been selling Bam short. I was thinking 25-12-4 with the best defense in the world as his peak. That’s clearly a top 10 player.

Now I’m thinking 28 PPG in 3 years is doable at his peak depending on role. He’s at 23 now but as he continues to figure it out his efficiency is going to increase, that alone will be a solid 2 points a game bump. Then when they finally decide to make the 3 ball a part of his game that should help as well and he will be a Bosh level shooter. His touch is too good and form is good for jump shots.

28-12-5 and the best defender in the world.
