Switch Niko with JJJ. I like Niko’s game a lot! Love the pace he brings with size! Burke can get the Duncan/JJJ minutes.

JJJ also makes more sense in terms of selling tickets and Jerseys in Az. It also puts him closer to LA, where he grew up.

And No to including the wildcat boys as sweetners!! No way should we be giving out too much more than what we got for Butler. That would be league BS to allow it to happen against and and not for us.

Lol you expect teams to accept garbage for a guy who just had the season KD put up. JJJ is buns. Niko at least has some positive outlook.

Frankly, I believe KD = Butler and 1 sweetener. So Butler package + JJJ is good enough for me. Any more than that, and we are investing on a decaying timeline.

Time for the Shams report that KD has no desire to be in Toronto with the Raptors.

My stance hasn't changed, if you can get him for spare parts why not, if he costs Ware/picks then please no. I'm not down with the Jimmy comparisons for a couple of reasons, first of all Jimmy by all accounts exceeded our expectations of what we were getting, KD may or may not do that but to assume that's the baseline in this scenario because it happened once before is dangerous. Second, Jimmy was 30, KD is 37, that's a massive difference, and even with the argument KD's game can age better because of height/frame, he's also the only one of the two to have had an achilles tear, one of the worst injuries in professional sports.

I'm probably insane but I actually think Ware could legit be a 15/10 guy at his floor, and better than that if he really reaches his potential. Curious to see how his court vision develops, if it does and with his natural skill I actually think he can be at worst a 2nd option on a great team (not next year but in the future), talking 22/4/10 type numbers, and that's massive considering Bam/Tyler are already good players, and even if Tyler doesn't fit he can be used as a piece for the right guy to grow with Bam/Ware.

Huge hyperbole there btw, Ware may never develop his passing enough to be that featured, and he might not even refine his scoring enough. But you can see the potential, his skill level for his size is freakish.

Gambo is the mouthpiece of the Suns FO. They are getting pissed about Durant pouring water on the Wolves deal. It’s similar to the FO telling Barry they are going to show Jimmy’s who’s boss.

Why would a young team who went 30-52 last year trade their #9 pick for a 37 year old who has already players in Barnes, Ingram and Barrett at his position?

If you're a non playoff team with young players.... wouldn't you keep RJ who seems to be improving and keep yout #9?

But rationality goes out the window when Miami is closing in on a player. If we do not get KD or improve drastically I'm taking the season off. Hard to be a fan of a team the league still holds a grudge over the BIG 3.

Also Fu** Gambo, I trust SHAMS who has the proven track record. Miami keeps things close to the vest.

KD is petty. It wouldn’t surprise me if it comes out that he isn’t interested in Toronto and that’s the reason.

Having said that, we’ve been chasing KD on and off for 10 years and we’ve always just been leverage. That is what we are here. We are also a team that is well known for not wanting to pay its aging star. All that leads to KD not coming to Miami.

To be fair the league was biased against Miami before the big 3, nobody had LeBron coming to Miami in the first place, it took one of the most dominant Finals of all-time for them to finally admit Wade was a superstar, and even at the end of the Zo era they all said we couldn't bring more talent in (we did miss T-Mac but nabbed EJ and probably are Finals bound that year if not for Zo's kidney). National media has always disliked, or at least underrated/overlooked, Miami.

If the Suns really need Ware in the deal maybe the Heat could deal just Ware, Duncan and Rozier without any other picks or young players. That way the Heat keeps all their other assets.

If you think KD is okay with going to Toronto who went 30-52 and is the team who's fans celebrated the injury that could of cost him his career.....without causing a scene.... yeah I put my life on him not going to Toronto. The Indiana Fever have a better chance.

Durant would coming here and getting paid so we would be paying an aging star

I put nothing past Masai. Dude has been making dumb trades with no purpose for years. They just traded for Ingram for a frp and srp and gave him 3-120M when no one else wanted him. You cant play ingram and durant together... so ingram, a dude no one wanted to trade for cuz no one wanted to pay him, is gonna be the big fish for suns? If raptors actually trade 9th overall along with ingram and whatever else with 3rd team to make salaries work, Masai is officially diagnosed with down syndrome. Giving up those assets for a one year rental when youre not close is some misguided behavior.

I do agree with others, probably using masai wild behavior to try to make heat pony up more assets. This will drag out for the suns fans sake. "We tried our best this is all we could get"
