I'd love it if we can try out a few different players and use it like an audition instead of sticking with someone who's ceiling will be a 3rd string PF/C tweener.

Coz yurt is going g league according to u remember…

Morris is my preferred target.

Hope it happens

And honestly, if we’re down 1-2 points I’m almost to the point now where depending on the matchup I give bam the ball in the post or top of the key and tell him to score and just live with the result. 90% of the time his defender will be either too small or too slow to check him in one or the other

90% of the time Bam will either miss handle the ball or make a move only to get cut off by the defender which causes him to stop his dribble and look for help.

No thanks to Bam being casted in the hero role.

Yeah I've kinda given up on the idea of Bam being some kind of dependable scorer. At least for this season. He doesn't have the aggressive mindset, but more fundamental than that is the fact that he's simply not capable. Aggressive Bam is a turnover machine at this point. Ideally he can bring value as an efficient finisher this season if Lowry makes a concerted effort to setup Bam in good spots when Kyle gets back into the fold (whenever that is)

lol, it's like you think you have some fandom exclusivity on Yurt! Relax dude, we are all rooting for the same team. Please read my response on the other thread. "Return to game conditioning" is a status everyone has for guys who come off the COVID list. I think Yurt's time is more productively spent in the GL while he gets up to game speed. But we'll see in a couple of weeks.

That said, you seem to have missed everything else I said and only read the Yurt reference. Maybe the fact we are bringing back Silva is a referendum on Yurt, but that's what is puzzling. We supposedly have the whole of the GLeague to pick from, but for some reason we keep returning to this Silva well again and again. Maybe we are worried of showcasing someone they really like through a 10-day and having some other team pick them up. Ugh, as I typed that I realized that sounds like a conspiracy theory :D

I’m good.. just weird you want yurt in g league and complain about Silva getting another contract. Who do you want as 3rd string centre going into playoffs Haslem?

He has the highest ceiling on the team by far, it’s time to bring it out.

Again, no idea what you are on about. Just saying that the most likely scenario for Yurt would be to spend a few games with SF while he gets back into game conditioning, not what "I want". If you want to take that as a slight for whatever reason, then be my guest. I'll let you have the final say on this if you want, but I think we've "discussed" this topic enough at this point.

Two picks seems just fine for Wood. I don't even know him or his game like that, but I trust yall. Please get it done. Or Collins or Turner.

Collins would be ideal, but I'm guessing Turner might be the most attainable at this point. But do we really need to compound our own injury issues with one more player who's frequently on the sidelines?

Wood seems to be more steady in that sense, so would be great if something can be worked out

Is he frequently on the sidelines? I know he has that current foot injury, which is really worrying because who knows how it will heal and how it will effect his play. But he seems to be about average when it comes to availability I thought?

He missed a lot of time last year, so maybe I'm unduly influenced by that. Went back and checked and he seems to have played 47, 62, 74, 65 the past 4 seasons. Not as bad as I imagined, but his foot issues seem chronic as I remembered some talk about his 2 feet being of different length or something before the draft.
