what's the official timetable set for him?

Had surgery like 2 months ago no?

If I'm not mistaken, his surgeon said he can return to basketball activities as early as November, also said that his knee now had a proper surgery.

I had a feeling when I've watched him play that he was never fully healthy. He just didn't look good. Given time to actually fix his injury correctly and time to heal without needing to return before ready to carry the load is huge. A healthy Oladipo is what this lineup needs to be very dangerous.

I may be in the minority, but I'm not worried about UD. Bring hi. Back until he's 50. Thr 15th roster spot is essentially useless. It will play .01 % of the games, regardless who it is. All the payouts he took for us, he deserves it for staying loyal.

You know that if LMA is cleared to play, Riley will be keen. He’s always been keen on Aldridge.

You’d think he’d return to the Nets though, given he chose them last szn and didn’t get to finish the job.

If we feel that we owe him money then why haven't we paid him when we've had the chance to? There's nothing stopping the Heat most years from handing him a $10 million contract. When Wade left they could have just handed him Wade's offer.

For a team that demands full effort and professionalism from it's players, it seems unserious for the front office to reserve a roster spot and a salary cap slot for the team mascot. It's ridiculous. Make him assistant team president and pay him $2 million a year.

I can't imagine that the Heat would be interested. Aldridge doesn't have enough left to make the risk worth it.

Plus two 2way guys

If the decision is between a backup PG and keeping UD I really hope the org doesn't get too sentimental and we let him go.

If we can somehow get both Lou and Green, our bench is straight FIRE!

I like this squad. The one thing it’s missing is one guy that can just really go off on nights when things arnt clicking, maybe that can be herro or dipo but I think another move is in order.

Also uncan better earn that money and not be such a pushover defensively

Riley would be interested at the minimum. Riley always pined for him.

Only card that can be played at this hr is trying to trade Herro for a 20pt scorer like Hield/Sexton, but I'm not sure we can afford that rn

I'd prefer Winslow, but Ennis would be a solid option.

Danny Green too, if he accepts the low wage.

43% from 3 and 80% FT shooter with good D. James Ennis also knows the program. Think we would be a great insurance policy if KZ continues to scrub.

This is how you have to win a chip with Butler as your best player. You got to have a lot of 3 rd tier quality all-stars. Similar to the Spurs 2013 and Pistons 2004. Still have to have a lot of breaks and good luck. Need to have Lowry, Butler, Bam Herro and Dipo will need to be playing at near or at all-star level come playoff time.

I wonder if we'll give Aron Baynes a look? He's another big body and he shot 35% from 3 when he was with Phoenix on 4 attempts per game. He sucked in Toronto which is why they cut him but as a 3rd string bench big with the potential to share some minutes with Bam, I wouldn't hate it.

Dru Smith very lucky he got that 500k this year. He should invest and manage a subway after all this-MettaWorldPanda

I think Omer has the third string Center spot on lock. Need vet SF and PG help.
