Some of you guys need reading comprehension, I was told that they like Herro slightly more but we were trumped on the Picks which they had offered 5 FRP's. We couldn't hit that goal post, Miami found a way to get 1 more FRP from a team offloading Lowry but I don't believe they have gone out tested waters for other players, they probably would have to gut the entire team just to get picks to match the current offer from the Knicks, let alone the Knicks can still add 3 more on top of the 5 offered for a total of 8.

Same could be said for uou. If you continued reading you would see I also edited the post to correct it but edited it as a quote instead.

Sweet baby Moses riding bareback on king kong's Dong, I totally missed the quotes, my bad.

Technically I didn’t say we were running it back just saying that we are closer with the Knicks news,

It’s funny how information comes out that Kyrie didn’t want to leave the nets

So what is KD gonna back out of getting traded too?

It all just seems funny how it’s working out is all

It's cool. I've been using the realgm browser site on my phone. I think I need to download the app for the forum. Might make it easier for me.

We just dont have the assets. Also even if we did trade some players to a contender, we are not getting expiring back so expect a worse player with longer years, you are getting Duncan. Then remember, they are contenders so the actual value of the pick is low. Getting picks from the Knicks, with how they are run does trump our offers by a long shot.

Kyrie has no choice but to say he’s fine in Brooklyn. Once he opted in that was that.

We don’t have the assets for Donovan Mitchell entering his prime, but how about old age KD?

Knicks obviously are the best package for Ainge to get picks.

My pitch:

"You just got 5 picks.....get some young talent including a 6POY ready to take a leap! And a shooter? Why not? Also both *cough* fit into the aesthetic of Utah. Go Utah."

My pitch likely wont work, but all we got.

If I was Pat Riley, I would dangle Bam, wait for the Knicks to drop their pants give all in 8 picks 4 swaps and best assets and then walk away. Then sit back and laugh when they cannot offload Brunson in 2 years cause they got zero picks and Mitchel is asking out...lol

This is how Heat fans start feeling after about 30 minutes of no good news going their way. Then a tweet comes out validating everything and its roses and rainbows. I wonder how people have actually died from heart attack or an aneurism from a sports tweet.

KD:”I never requested a trade I’m signed for 4 more years with the Brooklyn Nets organization and plan to fulfill my contract.”

I can see it now

If he does that, he will be vilified and rejected on all fronts.

Jazz fan here. It's not just that the Knicks have more picks to put on the table, it's the fact that they're Knicks picks. The Knicks are a myopic and erratically managed franchise compared to the Heat. Those picks could have real value.

Hope you guys find the next LeBron/Luka with those Knicks picks. You guys desperately need a championship in this lifetime.
