Does Stephen A have the inside scoop with Durant? Isn't he just ESPN's top blowhard?

He has absolutely zero sources involving durant, durant doesnt like that motherf

I feel the same. It's a magical occurrence if we can keep them. But I'm still on board either way.

Explain why

You trade a 24YO for a 34YO, so you must expect immediate meningiful upgrade.

Whos encoring the defense in this KD Jimmy team? whos the young athletic force?

I really think we have to pieces to get Durant, we can sign and trade tucker, Jovic, Robinson, Lowry or Herro. Nets love their Europeans, they might need shooting and pg help with the potential exit of Kyrie to follow.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Whats the obsession with Bam? Dude is soft AF and disappears in big moments.

Bring PJ back, trade Herro for defensive specialists and dogs. KD, Butler one-two punch is championship caliber

Improved shot at a ring NOW.

I need to see what else is coming back, but I know the short term difference between Bam Adebayo and Kevin Durant.

I value Bam immensely and see him as the bridge between this contending window and our post-Jimmy window contending capabilities. I think I slightly prefer a bought-in Kyrie and other pieces addition rather than the gutted KD roster. But, you pair Jimmy and KD and get back at least one quality 2-way player and I have to get excited about us taking a shot at it all.

I definitely share your concerns regarding our defense.

I'm holding out hopes that we're not just blindly acquiring KD at all costs. This whole thing is wild.

Sounds like they'd have to send back much less salary, basically absorbing salary which isn't in the cards for a Kyrie/Westbrook swap.

ESPN are ridiculous, KD names us as one of two teams he wants to be traded to but somehow they make it seem like he never wanted to be traded to us...
