You better draft, and draft well. Funny that this wake up, slap to the face, would occur right before a very interesting 2025 draft class.
Weve got more young guys than ever. We develop players well. We have a squad of youngsters now...without that superstar/leader. Get him. Have the exact same space youd expect to have with HIM and cap space and a TEAM in 2026.
Everyone said this years draft class sucked but i think this draft class has potential to have a major impact on this organization. Next year’s draft class could be hyped then flop. We essentially got a lottery talent(Ware)and three 2nd rd picks(Larsson, Johnson, and Pullin). Just never know. Stepien rule atleast saves us from ourselves. Either way we have a pick to pay out so for me the sooner the better.
