This has nothing to do with the trade being cancelled. It's going through regardless (similar to the HEAT and Butler).

It's all about the Lakers potentially losing its current max slot of $32 mil in cap space as 12 noon ET, July 6 approaches...

Was speaking about it the other day; not sure if we'll have a lot of front court issues, assisted by our larger wings, but there should be some concern that we will have some gaping issues

We were an ass rebounding team with Whiteside- now we don't have him- and as rebounding is a large part of defense, might hurt a little that we lost two of our best defenders in Rich/Whiteside as well.

Gained Yimmy, but if Waiters/Herro's rounding out our SG rotation, with DJJ playing SF... Might have some issues
