Herro's biggest strength that he goes away from far too often is his ability to setup his team. He could be a high 7-8 assist guard if he wanted to. He has a nose for pocket passes and lobs coming off screens, if Miami was a heavy pick and roll team he would do a bit better. He does look like he is lumbering a bit out there on some of those drives though definitely still injured or out of game shape due to the time spent away from game time.
