The worst thing is, he is trying to make this mid range shot work and it's his way of trying to be aggressive, but man is it not working, he's a major reason why this offence sucks.
He has been taking fewer and fewer shots at the rim and more in the mid range, it has resulted in a constant decline of scoring efficiency.

To put this into perspective if he was only making ~28% of the 3s he attempted instead it would be about the same scoring effiency as he is from mid rage going by last seasons performance.
