He has until right before free agency to decide and could even extend it if need be.

He will be 36 yrs old. You cant build the team around a 35 plus year old player who told you he is leaving. Its plain and simple. The Heat has to move on with a plan to create assets to find their next star. No more trading draft picks.

Not at all, Bam averages 22-10-4 without Jimmy over the last 4 seasons on 54% shooting. This is a shaky shooting night coupled with an incompetent roster without playmaking that requires him to iso majority of the time when we want a bucket.
