We arent going to get a closer in the middle of the season so Spoelstra needs to figure out what the lineup has to be in crunch time..

I didn't think this team had a chance against sixers but they proven they do. I would favor sixers in the playoffs but Heat have a real shot of an upset. I still think they need to get a defensive back up big. I'm pretty sure one will be available on the buyout market.
I was against going for a big trade now but you have to think about it now if you are the Heat FO. Jrue Holiday could give us enough to beat Bucks and Sixers but not Clippers or Lakers. It's a tough decision either wait in the summer for a better player like Beal or possibly Giannis ior go for it now without gurantee it will take you to the finals. In any deal, Bam and Herro would need to be off the table. I't still wait if somehow Giannis becomes available but I wouldn't be opposed if a trade went down.

Duncan needs to stay away from foul trouble. defense is not his strongest suit, at least he could do is not foul.

Its why we need to get rid of players like Dion/Winslow/JJ that are just rotting on the bench who can contribute to other teams.

He already has. Butler, Bam and Goran + whoever is hitting shots & matchups. If it's for defense its Butler, Bam, Winslow , DJJ + 5th guy depending on matchups.

First game this season I think Spo messes up some in the 4th. Duncan should have gotten a few more possessions and Nunn as well I think. Did not like Richardson on Dragic. Had problem get them into offense.
