It’s almost a necessity that we keep the cheap labor Jovic at the 4 cause a mid to high priced upgrade is impossible without Duncan’s deal. Lowry(salary) and picks is the objective.

We’ve gone over the numbers at nauseam. Lowry for Rozier swap works but we’ll continue to need too go the cheap route with Jovic and minimum vets at the 4 spot. All good. We can do that and still win adding a player like Rozier makes a massive difference. We’ get every ounce out of Martin this year and especially in the playoffs then he’ll walk like Vincent and Strus did. The concept is those players are worth more to the team now than the little compensation we would get by trading them. If anything you work a S&T with with Martin and get a 2nd. Plenty of options. Get Rozier then we move

Hell we might be able to get a 1st in a sign and trade for Caleb to recoup the Rozier trade assets or half of the DJM trade assets. I’m also not convinced Martin will want to leave, I could see them working something out to retain him and Highsmith. If we only keep 1 Cains coming as a replacement

Usually in S&T’s you are only able to obtain a 2nd. Cain is definitely in line as a replacement. We might not have a choice with Martin cause we’ll only have like 5-10 million to fill out the roster. If he takes like 7.5 it’s possible with Haywood another 1.8

How many picks does ATL want for DJM now that he feasted on a suitor AND hit back to back game winners?

Lowry, Jovic, 28 and 30 picks and a 24 first round pick swap (our favor) for DJM?

1. Lowry + 1 FRP pick
For
Rozier

2. Bryant + Smith + LAL SRP
For
S.Bey

upgrade our 2 biggest holes, keep most of assets for future use.

Miami's core of Jimmy, Bam, Herro do not work, specifically Herro + Jimmy. Its tried and tested, it doesn't work infact it works best when one or the other isn't playing. We don't need any more years of this to get it. Lets move Herro while his value is high. Another playoff run of him being injured or not playing well and that contract gonna get us nothing in return of value in the near future without adding a slew of picks behind it.

First and foremost the Hawks are going to weigh out who has better pick compensation. Right now the Spurs take the lead with a simple give us our picks back. Hawks picks are worth more to them then any picks the Heat can give cause they control their destiny. Then you have the Knicks you have Quentin Grimes, Fournier expiring, and 22 picks at their disposal. Lakers offering last year’s 16th pick in Jalen Hood Schifino, 2029 1st, and Russell who’ll need to be flipped to third team and have 5 2nd round picks. The Murray market going to be competitive. We need to sneak in and get Rozier

Just wanted to see the numbers for this year.

Lowry and Herro 382 minutes, -3.6 points per 100
Lowry and Robinson 376 minutes, +3.8 points per 100
Lowry and Highsmith 280 minutes, +9.6 points per 100

Robinson and Highsmith 343 minutes, +2.4 points per 100

It seems like most lineups with Duncan have a + rating.

Were better with a knockdown shooting 3 point specialist who plays his role than a ball stopping knockdown 3 point specialist who thinks he’s on Luka’s level

It honestly gets sooo annoying waiting on this team to make a move to upgrade and capitalize on Butler's window. It feels like it's been so long because well it has! 3 years now since the Lowry mishap. All the whale hunting that fell through and still no PF, going into the playoffs last year like that was insane and then we somehow make it to the finals with no size to throw at Denver lol. Now we have this massive PG hole and if we don't patch it up I'm gonna really be frustrated and ready to just say f it trade Jimmy.

Brooklyn Nets are epitome of a treadmill team. They have no draft picks this year and just bad with no purpose. They are praying someone will panic and overpay for a role player to get them a draft pick this year.

Dinwiddie may walk without them getting any compensation for him.

They don’t have any this year but they have plenty future picks. They could spoil us in the PG market if they really wanted to

This is a bad stat. As I've been saying all this time, Jimmy and Herro's game does not fit well together.

Not sure how credible this is, I say its unlikely. But if the Hornets are in a salary crunch and willing to pay to reduce salary. Lowry could be a huge asset for them.

Maybe the Heat could swing a deal to get Dinwiddie and Jones in a three team deal.
