I been a Camby fan since his days at UMass but that was in the 90's. How old is he now?

Indeed, getting frustrating.

You know how the Heat work... they usually don't make their stuff public, from injury updates to trade rumors

I read a tweet from Chris Mannix during the whole Joe Johnson trade that the Heat have are running the "full court press" on Ray Allen, and see him as their primary target. However, he said also that if it came down to money, that Miami would back away.

Chris Mannix ‏@ChrisMannixSI
Miami's continues to put the full court press on Ray Allen. LeBron, Wade, assisting with recruiting. Allen is the Heat's top priority.

Chris Mannix ‏@ChrisMannixSI
Pretty simple though, and Miami knows it: If it comes down to money, they are out.

If the Heat don't get a commitment soon they have to move on before they lose out on everybody

This.

If we lose out on Allen, I don't wan't the Heat to lose out on Camby as well. Vice versa.

Allen has also expressed a desire to be free of the threat of a trade come trade deadline time - an experience he went through each of the last two seasons, last year when the Celtics nearly dealing him to Memphis for O.J. Mayo.

But Ainge made it clear that Allen will have an important role in his plans now.

“We want Ray back, and we’re approaching this as the first thing we have to get done,” said the Celtics president of basketball operations.

Ainge says that now but guarantee if he can get someone better at the deadline, he won't hesitate shipping Ray out. Don't fall for it Ray!

Why no interest in Pietrus? He can shoot and is an underrated tenacious and lengthy defender who is under the radar. Last i heard, boston hasnt even reached out to him yet.

I still would love to have delonte west backing up Wade and Chalmers, and as insurance in case a PG goes down to injury. If he slips through the cracks and Dallas gets Deron, he will likely be a casualty.

Rio/West/Cole
Wade/Miller/Pietrus
Bron/Battier/Jones
Bosh/Haslem/Varnado
Camby/Anthony/Pittman

sounds good to me.

ehmm i think there is a lot of bad blood between lebron and delonte west lol...not gonna happen

Im sure the rumors bothered Lebron, hes sensitive to what people are saying about him and his family, but this dont look like bad blood to me.

and delonte came out an unequivocally said the rumors were bs.

Agent Tony Dutt confirms to Sun Sentinel Heat interest in Rashard Lewis, says Heat on short list of teams that intrigue free-agent forward.

Lewis fits the need of a knockdown shooter

Too bad that's all he really does.

No rebounds
No defense.

But he would bring a defender out of the paint for wade/lebron

Camby + Lewis is great

I'm still hoping for Ray Allen and maybe Lewis

a line up of Bosh-Lewis-Lebron-Ray-Wade...would be deadly if Lewis can still hit 3s and is motivated
