looking at how he injured it

change of direction move that Ginobili and co started (Euro step?) is somewhat responsible for a lot of modern knee tears imo

D Rose did it off the top of my head. it just puts a lot of force and pressure on the knees.

he was gonna swing the ball to the other side and his knee completely gave out. You have to be totally in control. Like Dragic usually is.

never thought about it that way, but body control really does have a lot to do with injury prevention

you're right

never thought about it that way, but body control really does have a lot to do with injury prevention

It's simple physics. Your body can only sustain certain amount of force and things will pop out of place if you do too much.

Go full speed and stop/jump stop,step side ways is probably too much depending on how fast you are moving. It helps that Dragic is never that fast, but he's also smart and in control. Fultz in this instance was going a little too fast for that move imo.
