Yes, I believe so. But I see no reason why he would.

He is signed to a standard contract. Non guaranteed next season but I am sure will do summer league/tc and fight for a spot.

Just seen that you guys signed Yurtseven.

I haven't seen a lot from him, but I checked him out when he signed with the Thunder during training camp. He has some potential as a decent two-way stretch big. Not very athletic or physical, but skilled on both ends. Developing jump shot. I remember reading that he scored almost 100 points during a game when he played in Turkey.

I think you could compare him a bit to Meyers Leonard. Not as good of a shooter, but probably already a better defender. He's still relatively young as well, so he has some potential.

Bam's been one of the least volatile players on our roster (from a scoring perspective).

All in all, I'd say it's been a successful 4th year for the guy.

Pickings are going to be ultra slim in free agency next season. Assuming Butler recruits Lowry to come here and maybe Lowry could then recruit Ibaka to follow.

omg we signed Yurtseven!!!! Dude... Him and Nathan Knight I was really lobbying for us to target in the second round or undrafted from the draft. I love this pickup you just dont understand how happy I am about this right now.

I wished he was more athletic so I could dream of a 3&D 7'0 C.

Apparently there are very few athletic 6'10 or taller people that can hit an NBA 3 in the world. That's what we need next to Bam.

I really hate this idea of Bam shooting 3's.

The roster has enough chuckers already.

Team is better off with a proper balance of shooters and inside/mid-range scorers who can get to the line.

IMO, Bam needs to develop his paint scoring repertoire in a big way.

Looks like Bucks-Heat part 2 it is.

I remember the season before the big 3 was formed, I was so **** that we won the last regular season game despite resting Wade and JO. We won like in 2OT vs. the Nets. Diawara banked in a **** 3 that basically was the dagger in 2OT while the Nets came back from like 14 down in the 4th. Had we lost that, we would've faced the Hawks again for the 2nd straight year and instead, Spo and Co. wanted Boston and got their ass whooped in 5 LMAO (was almost a sweep if it wasn't for D-Wade going crazy in G4)

Having some flashback feelings to that again now. :crazy:

But I guess we must buckle up and have the guts. :-?
