TJ was a fan favorite in Miami until he got that ungodly contract.

We have a key under the mat for him

it's a giant wooden hall pass with an Orange fluorescent key hanging off the end....easy to spot hard to lose always hanging off the wall at the arena entrance.

Danny Green
Josh Hart
Avery Bradley
Lou Williams
Paul Millsap

Probably a few that slip my mind at the moment. Raul Neto was decent in his 22 games as a starter for WAS last season, pretty efficient 6'1" 29yo PG, but the BAE might be an overpay and we basically have a poor man's version of him in Gabe already

Green, Lou, Neto off the board

Hart or Bradley would be nice, with Big Yurt we might not actually have room in the frontcourt for Millsap (never imagined saying that lol)

Gabe sucks so it seems we'd need to prioritize another ball handler, but Spo could always stagger Yimmy and Lowry to have one of them on the court at all times. In that scenario I'd definitely prioritize Hart over Injury Bradley. Hart is an athletic 6'5" G/F energy guy with a 6'9" wingspan (38.5" vertical) who pulled down 8.0 rpg last season and shoots 35% from 3 for his career

Tyler Johnson? He'd be the perfect shot-up powerforward for Spo

I'd actually be okay with Bumpy for the vet min. He can hold down a guard spot off the bench along with Herro until Dipo is ready.

Has he fixed his teeth?

Danny Green would do great with us. We can sell him on our culture and see if he picks us. Whats the most we can offer him?

Damn Lou would have been nice for instant offense…Bradley looking like the only good option but he’s more of a lockdown defender. We need offense, otherwise just going to rely on Herro.

The well is pretty much dry at this point. There isn't much out here but slim pickings, we just need to make due with what we got, sign up Yurt officially and pick up TJ for backup guard purposes. Call it a day, and wait for the buyout/release market down the line to pick something else up for cheap.

I hope we're trying to swing a miracle and get a game changer in a package around Herro. I'd be surprised if the FO's long term plan included both him and Duncan, so with Duncan locked up I'm starting to not see it for Herro, though I'd like for him to turn it around.

Why do you think it is either/or with Duncan and Herro? Both play different styles and have a role on this team. Herro, right now at least, is perfect as a 6th man while Oladipo recovers.

Just use Herro until it’s time for him to demand a big contract :D

Yeah we had Dragic, Nunn, Bradley and then Vincent.

I wish Heat would make up with some of the players they let go. You see players return to Lakers and San Antonio all the time but its like when players leave here their feelings be really hurt.

Bradley is still a damn good player just his availability is the question

because Herro and Duncan cant be on the court together and they defiantly cant pay both. The organization was always going to pay one and they chose Duncan. Could had easily done and sign and trade and gotten 2 or 3 more players with his money or signed a legit big to play next to bam while putting Herro at the starting rotation.

I didn’t mention Bradley in my above post because he was kinda a straight swap for dipo and both were injured
