Greetings (again!)

I didn’t want my 4000th post to be arguing over contracts, salary cap, the CBA, whether we should trade Hassan or Dragic or Wade, etc. Sometimes all of that becomes one long droning sound and I don’t have the energy to give good logical explanations.

On the Dwight Howard/Whiteside/Cousins conversation, probably 12 different threads keep coming up with the same misinformation. For those of you who have been here a long time, I honestly am amazed at your patience. It is t t t t t t i i i i i r r r r r i i i i i i n g.

Sometimes I wonder if a FAQ topic would help, but nobody would read it anyhow.

So, I started hanging out on realgm during the post season of 2013-4. During the playoffs I watched helplessly as Beasley couldn’t save us from the Spurs. Damn Spoelstra should have played him more and Wade would have his 4th ring.

/Green (but the kind that looks like puke)

Anyway, I will keep this simple. I just want to express my gratitude that you have all been so patient and welcoming. Thanks!

P.S. Oh, Iggie, about my hiatus. I travel a lot. Last week I was flying back and forth for a sum of 22 hours. It’s not easy to keep up with things. I expect if I have to do that again (after Christmas when I’m partying in New York for example) we can keep winning games.

P.P.S. Now let's get that ring for Wade shall we?

Amazing game. I just started it a couple weeks back. Has surpassed my already high expectations. Still haven't finished it and honestly don't even think I'm close because there's just so much content.

I'd say I'm 50 hours in-been playing like a mad man since I got done with finals. Still in Velen. Still doing random stuff without really progressing in the story. This game certainly is worth $60, though I only paid $35, I believe.

I just connected the PS4 to the inet last night for the first time, and the patch they have for the game made it a lot better. The "stash" addition is very helpful.

Worst moment of the game so far. Saved my game in front of "guarded treasure" and found out it was a basilisk with a ?? level. Killed me as I was running away on horse, in a swamp. Loading the save had the basilisk pissed off and chasing me immediately. My horse was throwing me off, I was trying to find deep water, it was harrowing.

Found out later that you could reload an earlier save....

Ray was such a badass, she stole the movie.

**** cobb theatres, the projector kept freezing during the trailers, and then it froze fifteen minutes into the movie. We were about to shut down Dolphin Mall if they hadn't fixed it.

Yup. I literally just got to Novigrad after doing almost everything possible in Velen. I'm level 13.

I just got to level 19 myself. About to head to Skellige.

It's an interesting take on the leveling up system. If you don't do the side missions, then you aren't going to make it. Most games just have you farm enemies for XP.

50 hours! :o

I've never been able to get into video games like that. I'll play 2K or Madden from time to time but even then thirty minutes to an hour is about all I can handle before I'm either tired or bored.

Yeah, I've always been a gamer. My mom used to throw down too. She would play the Final Fantasy games for 100s of hours. I don't play much anymore because of school, life, getting older, etc., but since I just got the PS4 I haven't held back.

I remember you talking about it. I figured you'd have finished it by now. I played the third one for a couple days, but couldn't get too into it. It was a redbox rental, so I wasn't too invested.

I'll finish Witcher by the time school starts up again. Then the other 7 games I bought will gather dust until the summer.
