Man just cuz some of us like Lauri and think he'd be a great fit next to Bam, doesn't mean we'd sell off all our assets for him or think we are instant contenders.

I dont think we are able to provide the most enticing package unless we sent jovic and JJJ and 2-3 frp's (would have to unprotect them ofc). And I wouldn't want to.

I'm excited to see jjj jovic bam Ware pullin etc. I can like Lauri, and I can wish upon a star we get him cheap for like herro jovic and a frp (never happening) and also be excited for our young guys.

I just know how Riley and the heat are, and we'd never truly do a rebuild around bam and the young guys. This was the year to do it. Trade butler with one year left. hope to get a really good pick next draft in a good class and and have cap to sign FAs and have herro and Duncan on expiring deal which would be much easier to trade. But alas, here we are. Chasing derozan and buddy hield and Lauri, offering scraps and hoping someone says yes.

I hope but remember he is 11 years younger than Tucker. Caleb is 28, Tucker is 39. I think Max is a good idea of what to expect for him outside of the Heat. I wonder what his contract looks like.
