Heat's Chris Bosh ready for return to post

Shandel Richardson | Sun Sentinel
September 23, 2014

MIAMI — It seems like so long when Miami Heat center Chris Bosh claimed he was done playing in the post.

Last May he said his time on the low block was in the past. In his words, “I don’t bang anybody anymore.” It was his way of saying he was no longer a presence in the paint.

Four months later, things have changed. The backtracking process has begun.

A revamped roster, highlighted by the departure of LeBron James, has Bosh once again thinking about playing with his back to the basket.

“I had to play a role,” Bosh said Tuesday, speaking at an appearance at a Warren Henry Auto Group event in Kendall. “I had to play the role for the championships. I feel that I’m back to doing what comes naturally for me, which is being back in the post, being more aggressive. I’m really excited to show the city of Miami what I have.”...

I've seen a couple of previews where they put the miami heat behind washington & atlanta but I'm not ready to give those 2 unproven team the division yet. I don't think they're ready yet we've seen what happend in the playoffs when the wizards were favored in the second round

I hate Duke but Andre Dawkins might have a fighting chance at making the team because of his shooting ability. I don't think he would crack the rotation but its always good the have options.

Big thanks to my guy!!!! @mistadubb for always capturing meaningful moments in my life. This picture was taken on our wedding day an hour b4 I took that walkout to become as one with my beautiful bride @gabunion. A real brotherhood goes deeper then money, rumors, sports, fame and so on. So thanks to my brothers @kevinhart4real @kingjames @cp3 and @ud40 @chrisbosh (who is not pictured here in this photo) for coming to share this moment with me. #yalllknowkevhaduslaughing #theconvoswehadwasntforeveryone #brothers #weliveindifferentcitiesbutitsalwayslovewhenwegettogether

So much for those rumors of LeBron not attending Wade's wedding. Knew it was hard to believe. As much as some of us hate LeBron or may be bitter, hard to imagine he would do his best friend like that. It's their life outside of basketball. It is what it is.

Dj Stephens Was Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year in 2012-13. Last year, his sprint time was 2.98, the 4th fastest in draft measurements history. James Ennis is 3.40. His no step 40 inch vertical and max 46 inch vertical is the best ever recorded. He was on last year's Summer League squad & would have preferred to have seen him on this year's training camp to challenge Brown.

Edit: He's averaging 8pts 49%FG 8.4 rebounds & 2.1 blocks in Greece.

Found this on Wade's photographers page. I think he was already working with Grover but if he wasn't, it's cool to see this

When I look at Wade's face on Bosh's body, he kinda looks like a soft player/someone who would get pushed around. He has an innocent face.

With Bosh's face on Wade's body, he looks like the kind of player that does a lot of trash talking. Try to picture it.

The season needs to start already.

No jumpshot. I guess he would be a poor man's Faried. Maybe next year.
