Dwyane Wade's new 13,000 sq. ft. home on Miami Beach was purchased for $10.65 million



His home is located on upper North Bay Road is only a few blocks from teammate Chris Bosh's home.

Lebron James's brand spankin new 12,000 sq. ft. home on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove was purchased for a cool $9 million and is said to have 6 bedrooms and 8.5 bath. 3 stories tall with a master suite on the 3rd story.

My Aunt lives on Crystal Court which is like the street over!

I like Wades house better maybe its just the angle of lebrons house.

Lebron's house is just sick! Wade's house is ok, typical miami house, but I love Lebrons house.

There's no reason to spend that kind of money for a home in Miami. It was recently ranked as the best market to buy a home in the U.S. right now, because the real estate crash hit the area so hard. $10 mil? Sounds like they both got ripped, regardless of how much they make.

I approve of this. So when Lebron looks at it he can remember why New York/Chicago/Cleavland/Jersey with 0 degree weather is teh suck.

That house is probably in a gated community huh, or else I would drive by to check it out.
