Jamal Crawford would be perfect

Veteran - Checked
Shoot the 3 - Checked
Score at Will - Checked
6'5 - Checked
Clutch as hell - Checcked

Only reason I don't see Miami getting him or using him (didn't use eddie house either :( shame) is because he actually shoots the ball when it's passed to him :D

Heat should get Jamal Crawford if Jamal Crawford is allowed to Jamal Crawford, if he just spotting up shooting 3s than nevermind, it would be a waste of talent and money.

Just tell him if he plays D he can shoot at will. Jamal could be our Jason Terry. Send him out there for 25 mins tell him go put up 14 points and some assists then sit him back down. You actually won't be yelling at him to shoot it.

Jamal Crawford is sheediculous, I want Jamal Crawford. He can drop so many points so fast, not even funny.

All the crazy lineups we could see if we had Jamal Crawford

We would have the scoring without losing the defense

Jole playing would be okay because if pittman is downlow, joel can be put in a corner or something.

And if you not convinced that Jamal Crawford would be the best and the most cheapest option for the Heat

Look at this

You want super clutch 4th quarter player - JAMAL CRAWFORD

With Jamal Crawford we would have the All Heroball team.

God our bball team would be something ridiculous, it would be like And1 with insane defense.

Jamal Crawford > Nene

Already a thread on him, and you gotta admit, a center is our top priority this offseason. Has to be...

Sorry...about that.

But Nene isn't a center, he's a power forward that plays center and he doesn't rebound.

Nene can't rebound for nothing and he refuses to score. Do not want Nene he screams lazy and soft. He's efficient because he doesn't do anything. Bosh and Nene would be terrible.

Now big Dexter Pittman who can be like our Ndamukong Suh and just send him out there to rough people up and throw elbows and score in the paint. Pittman is 2 strong for Nba centers nowadays, they all skinny and 6'11 235.

Dexter Pittman is the answer to the center problem. Big strong physical and violent.

No, a second year player who's played in two games cannot be our answer, and I'm not talking about Nene. I'm talking about Dalembert...

Dalambert needs to be signed over Crawford. Maybe we can get him in a s&t? I don't know how we were able to s&t for Bosh and Bron last season when we didn't match salaries. Did we have trade exemptions from other teams or something?

In any case, we can use whatever the MLE is on Dalembert, then s&t for Crawford. Then Steve Nash retires and immediately unretires to sign for the vet min. Happy ending. PEACE.

We're not a tax team yet. I thought it applied to the previous season, since you can't know if you're in the tax until you complete roster changes that put you over it. PEACE.

Crawford turned down $7 mil to stay with Atlanta. Thus, he should get the full MLE in Miami or get his $7 mil plus with Chicago or any other team with cap room. There are like 20 teams with cap space.

He can't get $7m + from Chicago, they're in the same cap situation as us, I believe we can both offer a 5m MLE, because we're not in the luxury tax yet. Either way, I'd think we'd want a center for the MLE and then next year get one of the PG's Billups/Kidd/Nash for the MLE or vet min.

Dalembert?
Interesting.
Shot blocker. Rebounder. Runs the floor. Doesn't score much. Feels that he is better than he actually is. That sounds like the perfect fit for this team. Is he even a free agent though?

Yes he is. He's also said he'd like to play for a contender and has said Miami interests him.

The rumors that were coming out of Sacramento said that Dalembert felt that he was a go to player and should be getting the ball more in the post, even though it was obvious that he never spent time during the Summer to improve his game. That was during the season last year, and I would have to hunt hard to find that article. However, I remember it because I was thinking about picking him up on my fantasy team.

Hadn't heard that. If there's any truth to it Riley would set him straight, tout de suite.

In SAC he probably was.

It's not like Crawford is going to get the ball in the 4th heavily like Wade or LBJ. Why bother about clutchness? I know 4th quarter woes were the story, but it's a new season.

A Center is more needed....

Miller and Haslem will be healthy anyway, so our bench won't suck that much.

He won't get to be Jamal Crawford in Miami. Bibby didn't get to be himself AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM lol. Took him out of his comfort zone and he couldn't make any 3's.
