Miami will have NO Problem keeping the big 3 together for the next 6-9 year...with this proposal

but Wade may need to take a pay cut after his contract is up...

Is this a joke... How can they try and tell general managers how to run their team.

Half the beauty of the NBA is what general managers do to construct their rosters.

Miami went through a lot of sacrafice to create our current roster.

General managers should not be punished for being good at their job and/or rewarded for being crap at their job.

We all knew what happened was planned for a long time but didn't think it would actually happen.

Pat Riley took a risk and came out on top he should not be punished for being successfull.

It's like the GM's are race horses and the NBA are putting weight on the good ones and giving the slow ones an advantage.
