I commented on this often last season. A high-ankle sprain can be a nagging injury that takes a long time to heal and kills explosiveness. I think it hurt him bad his second season, and he was still recovering from it at the start of last season. I don't think he was fully healthy. And there was a game early last season where he appeared to tweak it again, and I'm not exactly sure he felt 100% until the end of the season.
I was hoping he'd use the lockout to hit the gym (and maybe the HGH) and try to get some of his athleticism back. He was never a world-beater athlete, but he looked more promising as a rookie. I think I saw him at Walgreens on 31st and Biscayne this Fall. Same height, with long arms and the same nose. But I wasn't sure it was him because I didn't see him pickup any cheap fouls in the line.

I was gonna tell him to keep working on that floater he started using last season.
I don't think he needs to be as explosive. I'd love to see him dunk over someone again, but I'd be satisfied if he just used the shot fake and jab step more often. Since he's expected to hit spot-up shots, he can use that to throw defender off. Really, I want to see him bust someone's ass like he did to Jose Calderon last year.
