It was pretty rewarding for us to be the team to completely shut down Lin.

everything was good except we didn't get ourselves set up offensively, because of dunks (EVEN THOUGH THEY MISSED A LOT OF CRAP) we shot 49% atleast but something has to be done about Miller and the 3 ball.
He leaves the 3 point shooter of the team wide open all the time. Everytime Miller was in, they hit 3's. It was glaring to me.
Atleast Bosh came to play, BATTIER X FACTOR OFF THE BENCH! Joel had the game I expected, he had 5 blocks last time.
I expected a little more out of AMare and Melo. Was Amare even in the game at the end? I know they played yesterday but geez.
But we shut down Lin so bad. Mario was getting no respect from the Knicks board and he scores the same amount as Lin and did a fantastic job defensively. Even without the help defense.

THANK YOU!!! I was scared to post this on our game thread but I did. God I hate the Knicks, I forgot how good it felt to beat them like that.

Bosh was the player of the game, Wade and LeBron tried a little to hard which in result led to botched dunks/layups and jumpers....
Bosh was calm and took things easy and let the game come to him.
The linsanity hype should die down now and once against Knicks brought down to earth realizing they are still a notches behind the heat.

I'm so amped for this Knicks vs. Miami matchup. I think we'll destroy them due to 3 aspects of the game...
1.) We're light years ahead of Miami at the PG position with both Jeremy Lin and Baron Davis. Chalmers and Cole can't compete with that. Not a chance. They just can't.
2.) Tyson Chandler is 10x the Center Joel Anthony could ever dream of becoming. He's a championship winning Center. Some people (Heat fans included) have considered Joel Anthony as being the worst starting NBA Center in the game today. The Knicks landed a top 3 Center in Tyson.
3.) Our bench talent, ability, potential and depth is head and shoulders greater than MIA's bench. J.R Smith, Baron Davis, Jared Jeffries, Iman Shumpert (hurt), Steve Novak etc, etc. Soon to be Josh Harrellson; Miami has NO CHANCE what so ever in regards to competing against our bench/depth. None.
We win by 17+ tomorrow night, on the road too.

The game thread was kinda long, so it was a good idea to create a post game thread.

What's the line on the game tonight? Is it really +10 for the Knicks on the road? If so... I got $500 all day on NY.

Man that was great to see Lin play like absolute trash. Maybe now people will realize the weak competition he's faced and thats why he's had good numbers. Miami wasn't scared, they said lets play our ball and show this team what a Big 3 is all about.

I hope his brother has a couch in Reno, Nevada because there's there the Reno Bighorns (NBDL) are located.
What Lin is best at, plays exactly into the hands of our defensive schemes.
