Classic pick me up game at it's finest. If they lose this game, AT HOME, oh god...

I want to see how Harris and Joel do again off the bench. Kind of excited Harris stealing Cole's minutes, it's well deserved.

I think it should be a rule that once you make a game thread and we lose the game, someone else should make the next one. If we win, you're free to go ahead and make another if you choose LOL. Just trying to avoid a jinx, like I jinxed the team the last time out lol.

We have two very difficult games ahead of us next week against Boston and in Chicago, so this would be a perfect game to rest some players. After Spo's comments, however, I doubt it'll happen. As a matter of fact, why shouldn't we rest all of the Big Three for this game? We've seen that even when they all play, we'll still get our ass kicked when they're fatigued/injured. Guys like Harris and JJ, who've barely played this season, could log some important minutes going forward while our stars receive the rest they need for the big games coming up.

SPO should come out and ask these guys if they will play with heart, soul, passion and love for the game

If they give no effort in the 1st = play the bench

or go all bobby

I would say; Lets get a big lead so that Bosh/LeBron/Wade could rest but I know if were up 20 with 8 minutes to go, SPO will keep the starters in and force them to play 38 minutes. Last night down 20 with 8 minutes to go, you bench your stars. Instead he played them till there was 1 minute left in the game. The guy can't see the big picture.

Weren't people on this board complaining when he was doing this with Wade and to a smaller extent Bosh back in February? It's kinda hilarious to see how he can never please anyone here.

Ira Winderman ‏ @IraHeatBeat
So Mike Miller likely returns Sunday. Good, the Heat could use his versatility. But what does that do to Terrel ... http://www.sulia.com/c/miami-heat/f/d9d ... ce=twitter

I don't care what he did in February or what he did last year. I'm talking about now and in the future! This season has taken a toll on our big 3 and we need REST!

If I'm the head coach I'm resting our Big 3 for the entire game.

Our stars get rested and it forces our role players to finally step the **** up and stop playing like D-leaguers.

I wouldn't say rest them for the whole game just limit their minutes you don't want to rest your stars when the playoffs are around the corner and you can still get the number one seed. We are only two games behind I hope we have a blowout and come 4th quarter LeBron , Dwyane and Chris are on the bench and than with Tuesday and Thursday against Chicago and Boston I don't want to look ahead but we can have that number one spot if everything goes in our favor.

WRONG. We're 3 games behind.

As it stands, there is NO REASON WHATSOEVER for us to want the #1 seed. In our current position, we get to play the Sixers in the 1st round and Pacers in the next. Isn't that better than playing the Knicks in the 1st and Celtics in the 2nd?

The difference back then was Wade was playing well and thus deserved more minutes. Right now our Big Three all appear to be fatigued and need some rest.
But then again, you don't see Westbrook und Durant sitting games out and complaining about fatigue. Sometimes you just have to push yourself through it.

Well we shouldn't be afraid of the New York Knicks or Boston Celtics and we should want the number 1 seed this team wasn't constructed to finish behind Chicago 2 years in a row . It's better to have the Number 1 seed if we go onto face the Thunder in the Finals and even the Bulls in the Eastern Conference Finals.

People like you need to stop assuming the Thunder are going to the Finals. Unlike the East where there is only 1 team that really stands in Miami's way (Chicago), the West has 4 teams that are capable of upsetting the Thunder in a series (Grizzlies, Lakers, Mavs, and especially the Spurs).

Seeding is extremely overrated for this team. We didn't have HCA against the Bulls and we actually had HCA against the Mavs last season and look where those games got us. At this point in the season we need to be more concerned with keeping our guys healthy and motivated.
