LMFAO... Every day Spos shuffling

I don't understand how he can not be set on his rotation so close to the post season. Now he has Haslem starting at center. James jones hasn't been part of the rotation all year and now he's the third option off the bench. Chalmers and Cole, one or the other, have been on the floor most of the year. Now be are running offense with no point guard for long stretches. WTF?

you can't set on a rotation when people aren't producing.

We thought we had a settled pg situation then Cole turned to crap...we can't keep playing him.

MIller was out with extended injury and James Jones showed some promise so now there's that issue again....Terell Harris could have been another "option"

A rotation just to have a rotation would be foolish

I'ts quite unusual indeed.

i dont really mind it since it indicates that Spoelstra is fighting his inner-robot (AKA SPOBOT) and at least trying to think up new ideas, it's sad that he's only doing it before the playoffs but better late then never.

and when he sticks with players who aren't performing for a few games you all say how he isn't flexible and can't adapt.

We have 3 players and the rest depend on form and situation.

Center - lets see Turiaf, Joel, Dex, Curry, UD - meh!

I believe Turiaf will start at Center, he has just been injured

I think he's just giving different guys rest and at the same time, heat-checking guys to see who's gonna put in the playoff rotation. I don't expect him to do this during the playoffs, though I'd honestly be intrigued if he does. I don't remember any coach shuffling players consistently through a successful championship run. PEACE.

Popovich. Also last years Mavs went what...10 deep? Phil Jackson would also always know just the right moment to play some scrub in the right playoff series and they'd come up with some needed production.

Good coaches need to know what they have. Spo is just trying some things. He probably has his playoff rotation mostly set at this point, but I'm sure he wants to see different combinations right now, not only so that he can get guys some rest, but also so he knows further into the playoffs different combos he can have in his back pocket.

We beat the Bulls last year playing Haslem and Miller and they hadn't played all year together with the big three. Hoping Miller gets his shot back for the playoffs, because I think Spo does want to play a lot of that big five lineup in the playoffs:

Lebron
Wade
Miller
Bosh
Haslem

That's the guys who came here to win a title together, and I hope they get a healthy shot at doing it this year. If they don't it could be the last we see of two maybe three of those guys.

Cole's play was bad for a couple of months now. He was good for a handful of games. Why were we counting on him after the first month of bad play?

James Jones hasn't shown anything in the last couple of games that he hasn't shown his whole career.

I hope our staff doesn't put as much stock into a handful of games as you think they do.

Its not when he doesn't do anything for a "few" games. Cole was bad for a few months.

Last year Bibby kept his starting job all the way into the finals.

These aren't issues of a few games.

I would hope he's not "heat-checking" guys to see who's gonna be in the rotation.

He has seen these guys up close at games and practice for a while now. Basing your rotation on a heat-check at that point makes no sense at all

It's called "throwing **** at the wall, hoping it would stick".

The team started well the season, looked like there were some new plays being used, but apparently as soon as the other teams adjusted, Spo was left again without an answer.

He might be great as a video coordinator or an assistant coach, but he is NOT head-coach material. He just doesn't know when or how to react or how to adjust.

We don't run plays. Other teams didn't adjust, we just got lazy. Turnovers. Bad defensive rotations. Not forcing turnovers. stopping running. Tired team. There's nothing wrong with our offense when we don't turn the ball over and get up a shot. We have one of the best half-court offenses in the game.

The offense is crap because Spo is being stubborn and reverting back to 2010 heroball without this no point guard crap.

All Spo has to do is put Lebron in the post, he's too damn big to be floating around in the perimeter and ball handling for entire stretches. Playing Lebron as a power forward is what gave the Heat a top 10 half court offense.

And the other teams did adjust, this defense gets manhandled by teams that can move the ball around.
