This is def a trap game and I highly doubt LeBron James sits out if anything we handle our business by the end of the third and he can sit the whole fourth quarter.

hopefully we rest the big 3 this game, maybe play bosh for 20 minutes max. if we win we play a regular game against boston and then shut down our starters for the final 2 games and hope our bench can get us those 2 wins while praying for a chicago loss to indy or dallas (who are playing for playoff positioning).

thatll be a lot of rest for the 1st round

We don't need the 1 seed. Bron's wrapped-up the MVP. Wade seems fully-healed for the playoffs.

Spo gets flack for not resting the guys enough, but both Wade and Lebron are averaging career lows in minutes, and Bosh this season has played the fewest minutes since his rookie season. The maintenance program has been running all season with those robotic rotations.

I think tonight is a great night to rest all of the Big3, but I could actually see Bosh playing while the other two sit. Whatever the case, I hope we win and I hope it's an entertaining game. Let's go HEAT! PEACE.

Man I'm tired of these meaningless games against crap teams. Get the playoffs started already.

I'm hoping for Wade and Bosh to play in this one and LeBron to sit out. Wade seems to be losing some of his rhythm and LeBron needs to take at least two of these remaining games off.

I hate how people say LeBron won't do that type of screen on a bigger player like KG, Boozer, Noah blah blah blah.....

When was the last time KG, Boozer, Noah were guarding our PG in the back court and LeBron had to set a screen on them to free up Chalmers? Seriously some people just LOVE to hate at any chance.

@tomhaberstroh: Battier coined new O: "Phoenix Suns East." RT @CoupNBA: Miami used 33 pick-and-rolls vs. Chicago. They average 12.1. Bit of a trend lately.

erm... the shorter players don't really screen against taller players. Wouldn't make sense for LBJ to do a pick like that mid court to anyone past 6'9 lol.

I still like that we played physical. I wonder if Pat talked to these guys or something. I saw just a different Miami Heat identity wise. I can't friggin wait for the playoffs....

oh and LEBRON BETTER SIT THIS GAME OUT!!!

While we didn't drop 100 on these guys, there has been better ball movement as of late. They seemed to have spoken about it. But I can see LBJ and Wade just can't stop their iso's. It's in their genes.

Gotta keep the winning stream up! A win tomorrow will tie us with SAS and OKC for second best record. It is imperative that we stay above them for HCA in possible finals match ups if we get there.

From Ira

Q: Dexter Pittman clearly has shown over the past few games that he has the ability to be part of the rotation and is an upgrade over Joel Anthony. Any chance he sees any time in the playoffs? -- Max, Boca Raton.

A: Unlikely. And, to be honest, I think Joel Anthony is the one who has stepped forward in recent games, invigorated by his bench role. Not only don't I think Pittman plays in the playoffs, I'm not so sure Ronny Turiaf plays, either.

WD - why did we even sign ronny IF HE DOES NOT/MAY NOT get playoff time?
