Do you guys think Pittman will get minutes in playoffs? He has been playing really well recently. He s been finishing really well around the rim. His defense is much improved. He moves better and his shot blocking has improved. Also, he s become a much better rebounder.

Knowing Spo he will put in Cole before Pittman despite Pittman having a groove right now and I don't think NY's back ups can do anything about Pittman. He should play.

He is just foul prone big time...

I don't care about his fouls, he should get minutes. No one is planning for him.

fouls wont matter since he ll come off the bench and he wont get more than 15 min.

Pittman should start in the playoffs. Then bring in Ronny for most of the first half with Joel getting spot minutes. Then play Turiaf and Joel for the rest of the second half.

Minutes? Dude is the worst defensive big man on our team. Melo, Chandler and Amare will all take turns bitch slapping him around. No thanks, I rather play Joel and Turiaf especially since we will see a lot of PnR from New York.

^ that must say a lot because Joel isn't good center.

Id put in Turiaf over Pittman honestly. All Pittman does is foul non-stop and that could come back to bite Miami by always being in the penalty.

I haven't heard that, but I do know he's injured. Either way I'd play Joel in extended minutes, Pittman gets dominated a lot, and is unbelievably careless with fouling. Plus Chandler would eat him alive.

Pittman should have played a lot more this season. more playing time could've helped him develop into a decent big man... instead he's still pretty raw and his basketball IQ is still pretty low.

I doubt he or Turiaf plays. The only big the Knicks have is Chandler. We'll be going a lot with Battier and Miller, and maybe Jones with Lebron playing the 1 and 4 a lot.

Just go watch how Boozer and Noah were abusing Pittman the last time we played Chicago. It was disgusting. Joel stopped the bleeding, but Pittman just isn't ready for the big boys yet. He still has a long way to go to figure out this defense. Joel also has had success defending Amare.

? I didn't think Pittman got abused.

The Bulls you know made like their first set of jumpshots, then sucked ever since. They were just hot coming out of the gates, but after that they just couldn't hit anything. And it was team defense. Pitt got 7 rebs and a lot of that was in the beginning of the 3rd.

Boozer didn't even play that long or have any impact.

Uh, check the entire first quarter and you will see Boozer and Noah eat him alive. It wasn't until Joel came in that the bleeding stopped.

If the quater is about to end and we have fouls to give - i say play Dex.

Turiaf/Joel/Dex in that order should be the Cener rotaion as long as we're not risking getting into foul trouble. i hate seeing UD at Center, cant ever finish at the rim and so undersized.

oh come on, Dex is suppose to check 2 people? UD was at the front court too. What about Deng getting hot in the 1st, who's fault was that? lol

Joel alone definitely didn't stop any bleeding. Boozer played 22 minutes man.

Noah just had a good game overall. Any Center that knows how to rebound and has better energy will always win against our front court lol.
