Total overreaction from Heat board from loss

Carmelo shot 50%, close to 30 chucks, 41 points, 90% of those shots were contested shots.
This is what you want him to do. Sure he will win games for you when he does it, but this isn't how you ever win a series.
Games like this re-affirms his conviction that he needs to have a game like that to win the series. Games like that happen, but not enough to win 4 games out of 7.
Carmelo will continue to jack up shots throughout his career and playoffs. When he doesn't make them, like games 1-3, he is a failure. When he makes it 1-4 times, he's a hero?
Give me a break. I knew there was a chance Carmelo could shoot his lights out on contested shots and win a game. Let's not get carried away, this won't happen again throughout the series.
That is why Carmelo has the worse playoff win %. Because of games like this. Carmelo will stay forever with New York because of these games, and New Yorkers will wonder why they never make it past round 2.
Have some perspective.

Have you been on this forum before? This is how we react to every loss. The only thing I have to say is I would liked to have seen us win this game b/c even with all the none sense we still had a great chance to do so. I just didn't like the way we looked down the stretch. If we are planning to win a championship we are going to have to win tougher games than that.
This being said we has beaten this team 6 straight times. The crowd was against us, the refs were in my opinion against us, and Carmelo went off. not that big of a deal. But still not a game we want to repeat in the upcoming series.

Is this your first time coming to the heat board?
It's always like this
Heat are supposed to win every game, and by 10+ points too

always a ridiculous reaction from the same people after every loss throughout the season and post season.
If Wade had made that last 3 would anyone be complaining.
Heat were too casual. simple.

The way I see it is ,I don't think the Heat will win chip because of the mist. We as fan, haters, heat players, and the media are all caught in this fog and can't and want get clear because the hate and envy of one man. It just so sad that many wants to see many fail because of their disdain for Lebron.
I am big sports fan, love watching the stuff, but the broadcaster, ESPN, and so many outlets is really destroying the joy of the game. Look, I don't know being a female that make me feel this way, but me as a fan feel the burden of the team, I can only imagine how they feel. I told myself to stop watching sport center, stop reading article and just wish the best for team. So on that note I am going to listen to my advice.
Before I go, I would like to just say GO HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With three of the Top 10 players in the league playing together, the expectations should be really close to that.

My comments are the same as they were in the regular season and has nothing to do with wins or losses

There's lots of teams in the playoffs with a deeper bench that is equivalent to having 3 of the Top 10-15.
As much as people want to say Bosh is the X-Factor, my X Factor is Mario. Mario had his first average game yesterday and we lost. Had he produced like he has the past 3 games, this would have been easy.

The only time I'm going to ever going to raise an eyebrow is if this team starts losing games in the finals.
With the East as weak as it is, this entire regular season / playoffs is meaningless.
I don't mind that the Heat get beaten 1 or 2 times each series against Knicks / Indiana / Boston on their way to the finals.
Losing helps you learn from your mistakes and allow you to make adjustments. Keeps you from being complacent. Makes you work on things you need to work on.
If the Heat just 4-4-4 their way to the finals, I'm sure they'll be in for a very rude awakening against western teams.

1. We are not utilizing the talent on this team to win games, thus requiring the same players to do more to win.
2. Don't understand why JJ can't get consistent minutes and/or shot attempts.
3. Don't understand why Miller/Shane/JJ can get consistent shot attempts.
4. Don't understand why Ronny can't get any minutes, is a short rotation mandatory?
5. Why haven't we solicited the services of Tim Bug to help Cole develop? Because I don;t have access to the team, I am just assuming he doesn't help Cole?
I begin each game with these concerns and sometimes end each game(win or loss) with the same concerns.
JJ is really bad on defense and just a Steve Novak on offense. No other tangibles he adds than his 3 point shot. How important is Steve Novak to the Knicks right now? Just another 1-2 three point shot a game. Who cares.
We're 3-1 against this team with blowout wins, almost 4-0 with just 1-2 more made shots or free throws made. Would you be complaining if we 4-0ed this team like this?
We're about to 4-1 this team and you'll look back on all this and say we shot those Knicks like fish in a barrel.

This is how I felt. We were too casual and that is exactly what concerns me. Why the hell were we casual in a closeout game? I want to see the team we saw I games 1 and 2. In New York we relied way too heavily on James a Wade to Play hero ball down the stretch. We need our role players to contribute even on the road. That said Joel Anthony had a very nice First half yesterday but defense wasn't the problem, it was the offense in the second half.

WTF...they do so same crap over and over, they are still lazy as ****, Spo still relies on heroball on offense...wtf adjustments, Lebron is out of the post and playing point guard again...role players are still crappy...
It's the same exact team and they do the same exact crap. They will lose and go "Man we shouldn't have loss that one." And they will go dominate, then they will lose again, "Man we shouldn't have loss that one."
The Heat are the most mentally weak super team ever in history of super teams. How the **** you lose to Carmelo and Amare? Seriously, there were only 1 guy doing all the damn scoring. Everyone else shot like **** but Amare and Carmelo. Carmelo put up 30 plus shots and the Heat went completely brain dead.
WTF kinda play was that crappy play, couldn't even do the iso right. They the most offensively inept team I have ever seen with 3 allstars on it. They can't even freaking score enough points to beat Carmelo.
Carmelo doesn't even pass the damn ball, he's just doing his thing with Shane getting lit up.
They almost loss to Boston last year with a one armed Rondo and now the have the one hand Amare and freaking Carmelo "1st Round Loser" Anthony and they can't even close it out in 4.
The Heat are weak in the head.

You're only as tough as your leader. If your leader is low key, the players will be low key, if the leader makes "caochspeak" excuses after any loss or "coachspeak" statements after wins, then you'e players will.
I have compiled over a dozen quote from this coach from both wins and losses and sometimes you can't tell if we won or lost.
We win AND lose the same way. The thing that gets to me today and last night is the quote he said before last nights game is BASICALLY the same thing he said between losses in the finals last year.
This tells me that he does not understand how we lost, thus cannot correct/adjust to the situation if you do not understand the situation. Thus the players play with the same "lack of urgency" until the game appears to be on the line in the last few minutes. Our leader does not show a sense of urgency until the game appears to be on the line in the last 5 minutes or so.
What happened to "wait til the playoffs" "we're bored with the regular season" - if we would have lost with BDavis and a healthy Amare, wouldn't be so bad. Listening to my first sports show for today - "the jax show"

Is this all of Melo's buckets? If so, why are people so mad at Shane? If that video tells me anything, it's not to leave Wade on Melo long. Unless Melo missed a bunch of easy looks that the video didn't show, I don't see the problem. If the game goes to OT, Bron wouldn't be in danger of going there with 5 fouls. It doesn't seem look like it was a gamble leaving him there. That foul was just a ****. PEACE.

It tells me he doesn't panic. Which is good because he is coaching a pretty panicky bunch by all indications.

Look.
This team will lose if it continues to miss 10+ FTs a game.
Make your FTs yesterday (Wade), and we win.
Period.

I feel like Shane isn't physical enough with Melo and is too slow to get up close to him on his J. He's about a half inch farther off than Lebron and Melo is catching the ball where he wants it for the most part. Lebron has defended Melo masterfully, and Shane hasn't. I don't know why we don't just put Shane on someone else, and let Lebron go on Melo for the whole fourth. Lebron's our stopper. Why not use him last night? Was weird.
