IMPORTANT: Calm down or we have to crack down

Hi All,
I realize this is a highly stressful time with the playoffs here but this post is intended to serve as a warning to all who post on this board that personal attacks, name calling, derailing threads and insults will not be tolerated.
We are prepared to lock threads, suspend and even ban all posters who fail to comply going forward. This is for new posters and our most tenured contributors alike.
Please contribute constructively to discussion or do not post at all. Thanks.
