On TNT halftime show when they were showing miami game 4 highlight. At the start of the video they showed someone from pacer doing a choke job sign. Who was it?

That was Lance Stephenson..but dont worry, the resident team enforcer Juwan Howard saw the clip and went over to Lance and punked him during shoot around before the game today..He also had this to say yesterday
According to The Indianapolis Star, Howard told a couple of Pacers players to relay a message to Stephenson for him on Saturday. “Tell him I’m going to [expletive] him up,” Howard told Dahntay Jones and Paul George, according to the Star.

Who's gonna be our new enforcer after Juwan retires? I can see Dexter Pittman becoming the resident badass here. He's like Jekyll and Hyde on and off the court. PEACE.
