What a backbreaking loss for the C's.Rondo played out of his mind,KG played decent and their role players were alright--and they still lost.I think the Celtics "shot their wad"-- and now I can legitimately say that I think the Heat will sweep 'em.

Rondo had all 12 Celtics points in OT. Shot 16-of-24 for the game. Played all 53 minutes. Just 3 turnovers. Good grief.

They gave us a really big shot to the head, but we took it. This was not our best game, Wade started slow, but was key in the end.

p.s. you know Lebron's gonna get killed for missing the shot in regulation.

just can't help but think if rondo can singlehandedly do that to miami, what will the spurs do

struggling to find any positives
Pop is going to blow Spo's mind

and yea still can't make FTs
i feel like Pop is going to exploit that

Well the only issue i have with Lebron there is he should have went to the hoop. I don't know why he waited for 4 seconds left to get going, they didn't have a timeout so you could have gone to the hoop and tried to get a rebound.

IMO the Heat didn't really play a good game. There were stretches (3rd quarter) that were good, but overall not our best showing.

Hoping for the law of averages to kick in on the FT's next game and we shoot like 90% or something.

Edit:
Since the game thread got locked, and 'Canada_7' replied to my "Miami Heat, we can't be beat" post by saying the 76ers and Pacers did beat us.

My reply - Those games don't count. :lol:

It's ironic how people claim the Celtics got robbed when Rondo received multiple calls after he tripped over his own feet.

JB said only our role players hit a FG in the 4th and they only made. Nothing from Wade and Bron in the 4th.

In case he turns the ball over or he or someone else on the Heat is called for a foul. Don't want to give Boston a chance at the last shot.

Actually, the 76ers beat you guys once, and the Pacers beat you guys twice. On the other hand, the Spurs are currently undefeated in the playoffs.

The refs blew one foul call on Rondo, BUT I son't see how any of them were in position to make the call.

Calling it now:

Wade will get killed for the missed foul call on Rondo, LeBron will get killed for the missed jumper over Rondo to win the game.

It will be like the Heat didn't even win one of those close, grind it out games they criticized us for not being able to win last year.

I think this game was just more then a win, it was a mental blow to the celtics.
Plus they will be more tired for game 3 i think with there old team
