I don't know. We always split, I can't tell if it will be this game or Game 4. We should win Game 3 considering what happened in Game 2. But I don't know.

I just know, split the series (WINNING BOTH WOULD BE FANTASTIC), close in 5.

Ya Miami rarely ever sweeps teams. But I also think Boston is going to come out on fire and their crowd is going to be rowdy as all hell. With that said Miami needs to be able to take that initial first punch and be able to withstand it.

Come out with energy. Our shooters hit their shots. Stay focused on defense.

I don't expect Boston to come out with the same level of intensity as last game as I don't expect them to have the legs. I can see PP and KG being quite gassed as this game goes on. I'm not sure how Ray's ankles are gonna feel after those extended minutes either. Hopefully Rondo is back to bricklaying.

We're gonna put a stamp on this series. We ready! Let's go HEAT! PEACE.

I really hope they don't trap Wade excessively. I want him to go off early.

We need to come out early and hit first. This team is already reeling the last thing you want to do is let them get out to an early lead and gain confidence. Come out and play the first period like we have been playing the third. You don't want to let this team into the series.

The common theme among the media has to do with speculation as to whether or not the Celtics have officially run out of gas or whether Game 2 was merely a shadow of things to come. I have always respected this Celtics team because of their ability to play a resilient form of basketball. Adversity is certainly one element that does not deter their will to win. I expect Game 3 to be an absolute war.

I don't know whether or not the Celtics have anything left; they could very well surprise me and tear Miami apart tonight. I felt the same way about them in 2010 when it really looked like Miami had a solid chance to beat them, especially with KG suspended for Game 2. They didn't, and Boston managed to drag themselves all the way to the NBA Finals, pushing the eventual champion Lakers to a full seven games.

They never cease to amaze me, anymore. I think we need to head into this match like as if it were a Game 7; if Boston plans to play like it's their last game of the season, we need to match that intensity head-on and without letting up. We cannot afford to allow them to get a leg-up on us, because there's something mystical about the Garden, and I don't want to be hexed by it.

I think it was someone earlier that said that a Game 3 win by the HEAT makes the prospects of a Bosh return that much more likely; he would get further rest as a result of a potential sweep, and we would all have more practice and recuperation time ahead of the NBA Finals if and/or when we eliminate the Celtics.

Let's all hope Spurs-Thunder goes the distance, and we sweep the C's; I have a feeling that Game 3 is going to be a good one. We need to make our free throws, continue to attack the basket, hit our open threes, maintain consistent play from HEAT role players Miller, Battier, Haslem and Chalmers (and James Jones if his number is called), and channel the intensity of Alonzo Mourning in his prime for all 48 minutes.

3-0 is more possible than you think, fellow HEAT fans; let's be the first to sweep the the KG-era Celtics. It starts with a win tonight.

From Ira

Q: Mario Chalmers has gotten a lot better. He's not Rajon Rondo and never will be, but you're right when he's aggressive, he is a pest and can't be ignored at either end of the court. -- Dick.

A: To a degree, that's what disappointments me most about Mario. No, he is not the fastest player at his position, but he can be among the most explosive, if he chooses. It's almost as if he floats during games, since he's mostly been reduced to a 3-point shooter. But think back to the games when LeBron James or Dwyane Wade, or both, have been out, like the game in Atlanta. I think the staff should demand Mario be more explosive. He can get to the rim, and by attacking the rim more frequently he'll get even better at finishing.

It would be really nice to win this one. Really nice. Especially with the OKC-Spurs looking like it might be longer than initially thought. Would love to see a fast start by D-Wade. Let's get it.

Chalmers has ascended as the 4th best player on this team like I said back when he had that eruption against the Knicks.

When Bosh comes back he REALLY needs to stay aggressive, makes this team A LOT more lethal having another guy outside of the big 3 that you have to respect his shot and drive.

Amen Brother. Rio has been somewhat consistent. I love his little floater he's developed.
