Stephen A Smith: Wade's knee is hurting

Said how Wade has to pick his spots and do what he can to help the team. He tries to save his energy for the 2nd half so that he can help the team win. But the knee is a concern and thats why he gets off to slow starts and isnt himself.
Basically...People have been too harsh on Wade. He's gutting it out and not making excuses. His knee has been swelling since the beginning of the series and still gutting it out.
I hope he and the Heat can close game 7 out...and hopefully win the championship. But Wade and Bosh are still not 100%

Pretty obvious that his knee is really bothering him again, yet people come with this assumption he's magically sucking or "doesn't care" (It's always the SAME people as well). The most obvious sign is how most of his jumpers almost always hit the front of the rim, that's a sign that he has absolutely no lift.
Add that to the fact that he's seeing traps and doubles almost every time he gets the ball, makes it pretty tough for him, hopefully in game 7 spo is smart enough to start Bosh which would make LeBron and Wade's job easier by forcing Boston not to pack the paint and trap.

Dude has gotten a debilitating injury in every single deep playoff run except '06.
'05 it was the rib in G5 vs. DET.
Last year it was his hip in G5 of the finals, which killed MIA since Bron was struggling mightily
And now it's this.
Very frustrating.

Bosh is fine to me. Just rusty.
Wade, I knew his knee has been bothering him all along. What exactly is wrong?
He drained it before, and it's been a whole month. Obviously he's had no rest for it.
I've been disappointed as hell in Wade, I had a hunch it was his knee. Just so annoyed by all his injuries. He use to be able to play through them, but his body isn't the same.
man stop the "Wade closing game 7" crap, that is Bayless talk. I know you like to listen to Bayless, that's something he would say. We need a team effort right about now to put a stamp on this series. It has been too much LBJ. The man needs help.

Hopefully, we win on SAT and then Wade can drain the knee again in the Finals and then go on another 3 game tear with LeBron like in the Pacers series to win the championship.
then he can fix his knee in the off-season

And his body is going to get worse every year. Wade and the Heat needs to come with a plan that plays him 25-30 minutes a game from now on, and coast on D for most of the game. His body is getting fragile.
He barely even played this year and still is injured.

Wades knee is hurting?
Ray Allen has bone spurs
Pierce has a sprain MCL
Avery Bradley WAS playing with a dislocated shoulder
KG is 76 years old
Not to sound like a dick but any time Wade isn't playing his best he's "injured"
Now watch him drop 30 on OKC when he's no longer being doubled and suddenly he's fine again. smh
"Coasting until the 4th quarter" isnt going to work in the finals, its BARELY working now. Never seen an injury excuse milked more for someone in my life.

Well the short season gets some of the blame. Back to backs mean you're not getting proper rest and most of the time you had a game 20 hours after the last one finished.
Just finish Boston and Finals-Wade hopefully returns

Enough with this. Wade is fine. He looked very fresh going into the 4th last night and looked great in the 4th in game 5. Stop with this nonsense nobody is playing at full strength.
Wade is not scoring as much b/c he is not trying to score as much. The offense runs through James and Wade is doing what he can to make plays on D and off the ball. He is at the rim on every rebound and is facilitating his teammates. It is obvious that the 4th is where he is looking to score the basketball. He is simply needed to do other things right now. SAS is a moron, he is a nice guy but a moron.

Every player is going through an injury at this time
This is when you rely on your jumpshot. Let Wade get that going and it's over

Wades knee is hurting...? Then i really don't get why he still plays more minutes than a seemingly fully recovered Bosh...

Wade is fine. Even if his knee is ailing him, I can tell by his body language, especially in the last 2 games that he wants this (unlike the Game 3 in the Pacers series). Him facing doubles and triple teams is not making things easier for him but you can see that when he has single coverage he immediately takes advantage of it. I doubt the Thunder would double or triple him as much as the Celtics are doing right now. He will probably get his knee drained again, have a decent game in Game 1 and go on a tear like last time.
While all of this is happening, Bosh being back will definitely help us to "weather the storm" (I can't believe I'm quoting Spo)

Bosh came back at the perfect time. Let him start tomorrow so things are easier from the tip off. Open the paint early!

I wonder if the Orthokine therapy that Kobe gets on his knee would benefit Wade. Hope he looks into it this offseason. Its a shame athletes have to travel all the way to Europe to get it instead of being able to get it done between games.

There's no excuse for his performances and even if he is ailing, he has to push through it, but some people in here really don't make it a secret who they really root for and against.

I just want Wade to show up and play a whole game because we need him to stand a chance. Lebron cant do it all.
That said If Wade showed up and had a monster game in our game 6 elimination game does anyone think this gets reported or leaked?
