Everyone that has any type of contractual agreement with the organization gets one. Even DJ Irie. He was on Sports Xtra last night showing off his 2006 ring.

I would guess that he doesn't get much, I'm pretty sure he used to be a season ticket holder who made a bad ass video during free agency about dwyane wade not leaving and got the job. That was my impression at least this whole time.

One thing to clear up with the rings. Only the players get the suped up diamond encrusted Bentley versions of the rings with their names on it, maybe the coaching staff too but I'm not sure. Everyone else get's the El Camino version, but it is still real gold. With the price of gold alone, I'll take the El Camino version in a heart beat. I may just have to leg sweep banana man when he isn't looking.
